I was having lots of dizziness and my balance was off I was bumping into people while we walked, getting up from the floor and even getting out of bed I was dizzy. I started seeing a physical therapist at FYZICAL. After about 8-10 sessions and doing my neck exercises at home I was not bumping into walls or people. I could hold a yoga stance on one leg which I have not been able to do for many years. I felt so much better and regained my balance. I continue to do my neck exercises at home when I am feeling “off” or having neck pain headaches which also helps a lot. Thank you FYZICAL!

I have recently tried a new piece of equipment that gives an accurate reading on body composition that I can use as a starting point in my fitness journey. Michelle is very knowledgeable and offers services I didn’t even know existed! She can help with balance and even help people get rid of their vertigo. If you don’t have insurance they offer fair and reasonable pay plans too. I can tell she truly cares about her patients.
