Wow! I am so impressed by all of the staff here! After struggling for almost 3 months to make an appointment with another PT I gave up and so glad I found this place! I called and the person on the phone was very friendly and upbeat. Had my pcp fax a referral and within an hour I was called back and given an appt.part of me was concerned they weren’t busy that they could take care of me so quickly but that could not be farther from the truth! They were extremely busy. The place is run like a well oiled machine, they all work really well together as a team and everyone is so nice! You can tell they like their jobs! It feels like a family atmosphere (a happy family). Matt the owner is super friendly, compassionate and explains everything in detail and constantly makes sure you are comfortable throughout the process. After just one session I felt so much relief! I’ve only had 2 sessions so far but I cannot recommend this place enough! My only regret is that I didn’t find them sooner!

This is the very best physical therapy place I have been to. The owner, Matt, is superb at what he does, but all of the staff are extremely attentive and knowledgeable, and will go to great lengths to put you on the road to recovery. I had some very involved foot and ankle surgery and chose this practice for my physical therapy needs. They have been absolutely outstanding! I could not be more appreciative of the assistance they have given to me!

This place has great people,but they over book. I went back to Westbay physical therapy where I get one on one attention without the therapist trying to work on 3 to 4 people at a time. My progress has been great since I went back to Westbay.
