My sciatica flared up about a month ago and it was recommended that I go to PT. I chose Performance because of all the good reviews I heard from other people. I met with Jennifer for my initial intake. She is very nice and really listens to you. She takes her time with you and makes sure you understand what she is explaining. I also work with Courtney! She is the PTA. She is also very nice and easy to talk to. She is also very gentle when working on you! I am so glad I chose Performance! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Jennifer and Courtney for helping me!

I’ve never had an injury due to an incident that happened on the job, and had many concerns, and Performance Physical Therapy put my mind at ease! The staff at the front desk were active in advocating for me to get PT services through my employer until they received their approval! They were welcoming, friendly, and informative about the facility, PT’s, and what to expect. Jen and Jamie are wonderful, and giving me the care that I need while being efficient and effective in a positive way. The staff are very personable and extremely knowledgeable in their field. I have used the Smithfield location for several years. Once for a car accident causing nerve damage, once for a spinal operation and now for a concussion caused by a fall. Caring, friendly, helpful and convenient, it almost makes the challenge of physical therapy fun. From the moment I first walked in and met the ladies on the front desk, I have been impressed. Performance Physical Therapy in Smithfield, RI, was my choice for therapy as, it was in the same building as my Doctor. It was blind faith as I never used a therapist before. The physical therapist I was given was Dr. Tyler Foster. What a Godsend! He reviewed my situation, prepared a game plan for my therapy sessions, and today, I can throw a ball that I could not do for 30 years. His plan was at my own pace/strength, he never pushed me, I pushed myself a bit aggressively, as I wanted to get better, and I wanted to show the Dr. I had confidence in his plan. If you FOLLOW HIS PLAN, and do the work at home, everyday, you WILL GET BETTER. My rotator cuff was sore, yes it hurt a bit sometime, but I had faith in this Doctor and this Therapy provider. TRUST ME, it will be the best decision you can make for any therapy you will ever need!! JUST DO IT!
