Form and Function was 100% Recommended by my Son's most expert Surgeon. And I learned why my surgeon put so much trust in this very professional PT practice--they are conscientious and expert. I am picky. So should you be when your, or a loved one's health is concerned. I shopped around and this practice has the professionalism and expertise you can count on. My son had a very serious hip injury that needed surgery last year. I sought, and got the best surgeon in New England. What I most liked about this well recommended Dr was...he wanted to avoid surgery at all costs. He even went AGAINST his partner in the practice's advice, and as a second opinion, said NOT to have surgery. He wanted us to seek physical therapy instead. In other words, as good a surgeon as he was...he wanted us to work with Form and Function first to make sure, absolutely sure, that surgery was not positively indicated. We ended up needing the surgery, but was sure that I did all I could as a Dad to avoid surgery on my 16 year old son. After the surgery, Form and function did an amazing job getting him back to 100%. He plays several sports, all without pain, and with full ability. Thank you! They did a great job, and my son even enjoyed the sessions. Great staff. Great fun attitude, and a wonderful communication ability. If they can get through to a 16 year old boy, they can motivate anyone!

Guerrino is absolutely amazing. I came in with hip pain that was persistent for over 6 months. I had multiple tests run by doctors and all came back normal. After a quick examination, Guerrino was able to diagnose my problem, provide exercises and a temporary lift. I am now back running and my hip has improved immensely. Guerrino is very knowledgeable, caring and invested in your recovery. I highly recommend anyone who needs a physical therapist go to Form & Function Physical Therapy.

I had a spinal fusion 25 years ago and had lived with chronic back pain for the last ten years because none of the four physical therapists I had seen could fix the problem. I was finally told that the plan for the rest of my life would be "long term pain management". I couldn't accept this fate and decided to try one last time to get help. That's how I met Guerrino. His "whole body" approach and the wide range of techniques he implemented were different from anything I had experienced to that point. And I am SO happy to say that thanks to his incredible knowledge and superior methods I am now pain free!!!! My "long term pain management" will now be maintaining the stretches and targeted exercises he has shown me instead of sitting in a chair loaded up on pain meds all day. I can't express enough how thankful I am to Form and Function for giving me my life back. I look forward to my visits and seeing Guerrino and his amazing staff and highly recommend this group to anyone,especially those who have tried other places with no success.
