Bay State Physical Therapy was an AMAZING experience. They made you feel comfortable. It's bad enough you have to get yourself back on track so you can function in life. They were sympathetic and understanding. Believe it or not they made you so comfortable it was enjoyable while you were getting back your strength and relief of pain. I want to Thank Matt and Ben. If I need Physical Therapy again, Bay State is the best place to recover from your injuries. Thanks again.

I had an excellent experience at Bay State Physical Therapy. I had not been to physical therapy before, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but the staff was so friendly that they made my PT experience very enjoyable. Because of my 3 months of PT, my shoulder, neck, and upper arm pain went away, and I ended up with a greater range of motion than I had before it. I have recommend Bay State Physical Therapy to everyone I know and will continue to do so. It was a great experience!

I've been coming here for almost a year now for different issues. All of the physical therapists are very patient, friendly, and most importantly thorough. With the help of Matthew I can go on walks again and move functionally. I couldn't thank them enough for all they've done. They're like a family that happily welcomes you.

The staff here is amazing. I recommend this place to anyone when they ask for a PT. It was being renovated last time I was there about a year ago and looks great and is very clean.
