Jessica Collins is awesome she is very respectful to you and very patient. She also takes the time to thoroughly examining you to make sure that she don't miss anything. She is a five-star physical therapist I have been there a couple weeks now and she's awesome. The rest of the staff they treat you with respect very nice. very nice atmosphere the men and women there are awesome I would recommend everyone to come to West Park to do their physical therapy. All I can say is you won't regret it if you come here I just want to tell everyone at the office awesome job keep up the great work

The staff quickly diagnosed the root of the problem with a hip problem I was dealing with for over a year (and missed by other health professionals). The stretching/strengthening/therapeutic plan they assigned and implemented decreased pain and increased mobility almost immediately. At the time of this review, it has been almost a month and I feel that I am right where I need to be in the healing process. The facilities are clean and well maintained. There is a variety of equipment for all kinds of therapy. It can appear busy at times, but traffic flow is managed well and, I think, speaks to the quality of services offered. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I would recommend treatment here without reservation.
