I attended one of their Saturday informational seminars. I have a knee with early stage arthritis. Bursitis in my shoulder and a recent stroke while minor as far strokes are concerned, caused significant physical impediments. Persistent pain was keeping me awake at night. I had taken the pain killers and muscle relaxers. They only provided temporary relief. I wasn't ready for surgical options. I needed to get more active but pain prevented me. These guys provided me with exercises and processes that allowed me to sleep at night and get to the gym. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly, and non judgmental. They don't claim to be able to fix all conditions or injuries but you can count on an informed unbiased assessment. Bottom line they helped me.

I've seen Paul, the physical therapist, and Kyle, my coach, at their Lancaster location for the past several years. They both have gotten me through herniated discs in my neck and torn rotator cuff without surgery. I highly recommend them ~ they are truly the best in the business. Thanks guys!

Details for prevention have been excellent, example would be the proper way to sneeze preventing a fracture (thoracic spine) in patients with osteoporosis.

I can't THANK Scott, Paul & George enough for how they have helped me over the years!! They listen to my issues & concerns and have always improved my conditions & mobility! Things happen in life: a fall, car accidents, sports injuries, being a caregiver, too much time at a desk, crystals loose in my ear (yep, it's a thing) - all of these have caused me some chronic pain or issues over the years. If it weren't for Scott, Paul & George I'm sure I would be on pain medicines & not have the mobility & range of motion that I have. They have seen almost everyone in my immediate family: husband, son, sisters, brother-in-law, niece and have always been able to help!!!
