Carol has been amazing. I went to her for support with recovery from a c-section, and it has been a huge help. She is very knowledgeable and has helped me build back strength through a carefully scaffolded exercise program. She also uses various techniques such as message to help work out muscle and joint misalignments and to promote healing of the scar tissue from my incision. I will be singing the praises of physical therapy for postpartum recovery, and in particular will be recommending Carol to anyone in the area.
