Adapt was recommended to me by a doctor who had had very good luck there. I'd postponed trying physical therapy for my back, but now wish I hadn't! Adapt was great, from the friendly atmosphere when I walked in the door, to the thorough intake appt. and the staff. It's a clean, very well run operation, and the help I got for my back from Cyndi and everyone else, was great. I am doing the exercises they taught me and my back is feeling good.

Having worked in the healthcare industry, I have extremely high standards as a customer and as a patient. I have an idea of how things can be behind the scenes, and it's not easy for me to try out a new provider or service. I was beyond nervous to attend physical therapy, but with seemingly debilitating neck pain and failed attempts at "healing" through waiting/toughing it out, massage therapy, and begging my primary care clinic for help, I knew that I had to try something else. My husband had a great experience at ADAPT, but I still wavered and wasn't sure I should go straight to PT. After well over 2 weeks of insane pain and loss of range of motion with no reprieve from other "treatments", I called for an appointment out of desperation. Shockingly, I was able to obtain one for the next morning, when I met with Aaron (the owner) for the first time; the rest is history. After just a few appointments, Aaron was able to work out the issue with my neck and ultimately saved me from taking steroids and muscle relaxers which my PCP recommended (and I desperately wanted to avoid). I honestly feel he went above and beyond to keep my pain at bay and ultimately resolve the underlying issue. Long story short, Aaron is an amazing physical therapist and truly the type of individual who makes you feel that paying your medical bills is worthwhile... How often can you say that? After I scheduled my first appointment, but before I ever went into the office, I called ADAPT with an insurance question and was shocked to hear Aaron answer the phone. (Because of my husband, I already knew who Aaron was.) He didn't announce he was a physical therapist, or the owner - at least not until I baffled him with a very weird insurance question and he had to explain why he couldn't answer right away. Instead of fielding the call to someone else, he obtained the answer and personally shared it with me because he knew his employees were busy on the phone as well. That's just the type of person and professional Aaron seems to be. He shows genuine care and respect for people and makes a "dreadful" appointment enjoyable. He knows how to put others at ease, and I know I can be high strung and nerve-wracked, so that says a lot. And, arguably most importantly, Aaron knows how to address pain. I'm so grateful to have avoided treatments from my PCP which would have only masked my symptoms without solving the cause. If you are looking at ADAPT as an option, do yourself a favor and call them. They truly earn and deserve your business, and I am sure you won't regret it.

When my oldest son was referred here for treatment they developed a plan, took the time to make sure it was working for him and I was so impressed that I setup my own physical therapy with them for my VA disability. They have worked around my schedule and accomidated me. Friendly staff and great customer service. I would refer anyone here and I will continue to come back.

All the staff at Adapt are amazing, it feels like family. The atmosphere is great and encouraging to everyone that comes in. Every time I come in they explain everything to me so well. To what exercises I should do at home and why. I will always come back to Adapt.

Absolutely love everyone here! They were incredibly helpful and understanding after my car accident. The best thing is that they truly care about their patients and helping them get better. I was hesitant about pursuing further medical treatment because I thought my pain would be dismissed, but they not only recognized it (despite my constant apologizing) but they helped me get better. I've never been to another clinic for PT, and I don't think I ever will. Adapt has a wonderful atmosphere and many wonderful staff members. They make scheduling and being seen a breeze, I never have to wait too long, they listen to what I am feeling, and generally let me pick what order I'd like to do my activities in (i.e. when able I prefer to have my STEM treatments at the end of my sessions after my exercises). It's been amazing the difference I've had in my daily life and level of pain from my back injury since I've been going. When I first started I could hardly do much, I couldn't stand for more than 10 or 1t minutes at a time, had difficulty walking for extended periods, and certainly couldn't exercise. As of now, I do still have difficulty with things like running and exercise, however I am able to stand and get around a lot easier. I don't have nearly as much pain nearly as often. I finally feel like I'm recovering and starting to get my life back. I would say anyone who needs physical therapy, loom no further! Adapt is the best!

Adapt is the best!!! I have been going to them for 4 years for various different things, and they always get me back into tip top shape! All the staff is so positive and friendly, I will never go anywhere else for PT. I am a three sport athlete and without adapt I would not be able to get through an entire season. I have cronick ankle problems and adapt gets me game ready in no time. Their knowledge of getting players back to practicing with the correct treatment in a reasonable amount of time is the best in the valley!
