Hello I have to let people know that I had a clearer 2020 vision no issue whatsoever in my eyes after my therapy I lost my vision they said I will get it back I never got it back I fought with them but I never win, I checked my eyes with other eye doctors there is nothing wrong in my eyes and my vision never came back I’m writing this review today jun, 2019 and My last therapy was in 2017, today I am still suffering from reading vision and far vision both was gone at therapy time never came back. Think before you decide to get therapy to heal yourself (body) and you might lose your eyesight. :(

My father suffered a stroke on August 8, 2019. He was transferred from OU Medical to Valir for his rehabilitation. He is scheduled for discharge tomorrow. Her has made tremendous progress during his 3 week stay. Every single staff member, from housekeeping and kitchen staff to nursing and therapy was compassionate, caring and respectful. This has been a difficult time for my family. The level of not just care, but caring our entire family received will forever be remembered and appreciated.

This place is horrible! My husband was sent here from ou! 3 out of 20 nurses are awesome , Very rude attitudes and the doctor is even worse, called my husband a liar, and is very unprofessional!

Hands down the best facility! Every single person you walk by or meet, nurse, tech, dietary, Pt, OT, recoptionist etc... is absolutely the nicest most respectful people! High recommend to anyone! All smiles! Every person working in this facility we have came in contact with over the past month has been amazing! They take such good care of their patients and the patients family/friends! Haven't had even one slightest bit of negative or doubt in choosing the right place!!

Because of this place my grandfather is now fighting for his life in ICU. You refused to take him to the ER saying thats not what you do. You washed your hands with him because he could not do any PT because of his pain. Well guess what his pain was all the fluid and food he ate was going into his chest cavity due to a tear in the surgical site because yall were feeding him solid foods and worked him to hard after a very serious esophogus surgery. You should put on your website not suited to take care of patients with drainage tubes and feeding tubes. You dont transport to the ER? He was in your care you should have taken him. Look where he is now.

Worsted place for sensitive lupus or ra patients. The staff is cruel they would let you die before calling a dr. Its filthy and the staff hates their jobs by patient cried everyday because of their cruelty. OU FAIL!

the nurses and PT staff is wonderful but the case managers and office are horrible. my son was released after having surgery and PT for a fractured tibia they released him after a week and when I went to pick him up they didn't have the wheelchair they ordered for him so he was sent home with no wheelchair no walker no nothing. The forgot one of his prescriptions and when I noticed they had to call it in. He has been home 4 days now and they still don't have home health care set up. what about his PT? what about his woundcare? Think twice before going here.

My wife was treated here for 4.weeks. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. The nurses and physical therapists are some of the best in Oklahoma. I highly recommend this hospital.

I was in Valir hospital for about 13 days this month for a recent injury and I was already disabled and this place is fabulous. They helped me so much!! The minute I got there the nurses checked and assesssed me head to toe for any medical needs to be addressed and noted. They got me settled in comforatably and quickly and got me a meal since I had missed breakfast at home that day. The staff kept me up to date on my progress and they were very attentive. Nutritionist was right on top of the food and menu making sure it met my medical needs and was enjoyable for me to eat. Food was fresh, well made, and deliscious as well as nutritious. Therapists were very good and encouraging and helped me to improve quickly. They are very well trained and were amazing to work with on my needs and shortcomings. My room was comfortable and spacious with individual air control so as to not be too hot or too cold. Bathroom was well thought out and accommodating. The facility is in beautiful condition and stafff is well trained and very warm and pleasant to be with when injured and ill. If you are in need of this type of medical care this place is excellent and you can rest assured your loved one or you will be well cared for. I would not hesitate to return if I need their services again. I would most definitely recommend them to others as well. If I could give this place a higher rating I would.
