I cannot speak enough praise for the comfort and knowledge Lisa brought to my life through her incredible skills and lighthearted distractions on particularly tough sessions. She felt like family! She spent time talking, caring, and connecting on so many levels. She kept me accountable and didn’t let me waste my money on her by not keeping up my end of the bargain at home (with my own PT exercise shed prescribed). She was honest and kept it real, but she never stopped encouraging and letting me know there was a light at the end of the tunnel and we *would* reach it. I’ve worked with other PTs/PTAs, I think mostly Michelle and Ashley, but all of them are incredible and caring. Depending on which PT I was doing, I was catered to like their child. Before each session I was treated to trategically placed heat/ice packs (Oh, how I miss those beautiful things! Can’t make them like that at home), blankets, lights off after a long day or small talk company on an anxious one, and more. I’ve never seen such catered care. I’m actually on this page because - nearly 2 years later - I’m looking for their number to call for advice on what knee device to buy! And I know they’ll be as gracious and helpful as ever, despite not being a current patient. While I hope to never need PT again, I sure miss these ladies and this office!
