Was here a few weeks ago, and Dr. Ben and staff at Oklahoma Physical Therapy of Choctaw had superior customer and patient service. I received an initial discussion of the nature of my ailment, then advised on a few things I can do to help prevent future injuries of the same nature, finally was given the treatment that I so needed. Dr. Ben found spots on my muscles immediately and spot treated those areas. Then he followed up with a few exercises for me to continue at home, including stretches. What I enjoyed the most from my visit was that he was genuinely interested in helping me and hopefully not needing his services again. What that interprets to me is a Doctor that cares more about his patients than the $ he makes, which makes for one amazing Physical Therapy center. He also reminded me that a patient does not need a physician referral to see a physical therapist, which could help save a few bucks in additional co-pay that I would of normally given to another physician in order to get a referral to a PT office. Thanks Dr. Ben and Oklahoma Physical Therapy of Choctaw for your honorable service! :)
