Dean Erickson MD was hired to do a Workers comp evaluation on 11/2/18 for my injury. I injured my shoulder on 1//23/18, shoulder sprain and had a reinjury on 9/20/18. His diagnosis was the reinjury was not from the original injury. The MRI on 11/2/18 from UT medical center show a Ripped Rotator cuff and a torn muscle. My 15 min exam and diagnosis reported to Workmans Comp is a VERY POOR PERFORMANCE OF DUTY by DR. Dean Erickson. Update 10/4/19 5/16/19 I had surgery and had 4 tears and a ruptured muscle , still recovering and hoping to get back to work soon..
