I wish I could give this place zero stars. On my first appointment they were late to see me by 15 minutes. Then after that very appointment the therapist sent me to the desk to schedule another appointment (once a week for 6 weeks). There was nobody at the desk and I waited there for 20 min before the therapist came out and apologized and gave me a phone number. I called and scheduled for the following week. The following week shows up and what do you know? They didn’t schedule an appointment. I tried to be understandable so I say the FOLLOWING week I will go for the Saturday appointment. The young lady confirms this is fine and scheduled me. Well today I called in before I went directly in there and they said that they have no record of my appointment...AGAIN! How can OSU be so incompetent?? I am living with shoulder pain until March 9th because of their mistake? Seems ridiculous to me. I finally get an appointment with them with a random assistant (not fully qualified). What grinds me the most is that not once did a single one of them apologize for screwing me over 3 times. I hate this place so much and I would NEVER suggest anyone go here.
