Staff at F-W are super from the front desk to the therapists. Friends that brought me when I couldn't drive, commented that they observed a friendly, caring atmosphere. I appreciate their knowledge and expertise especially Bill, Amber and Kate. Would not hesitate to refer to friends and family.

I was a new patient here and saw Dana for my first appt. She wrapped both my feet in her white tape method. A method I was told was 20 years old and her very own method. Her method obviously needs to be perfected or updated or maybe not used at all. I went to physical therapy with severe foot pain and she just made it worse. It has been 8 days and I'm going to end up with a scar. But believe me when I say Dana could give two hoots. She was texted a picture of my foot by another therapist and never said a word back. I asked to speak with someone in charge and was told my therapist was the only person in the building. I'm sure someone will give a hoot real quick like now. I just truly hope they do away with the Dana Ridge method so that no one else ends up with burns and scars on their feet and no one caring that it even happened.

I went to Ferrell-Whited post-op after outpatient labrum surgery. Jason Graf and the other Physical Therapists were fantastic. They gave me great insight pre and post operation to know what to expect. Since my rehab, I have regained full range of motion in my shoulder.
