Athletico Physical Therapy helped me heal my Diastasis Recti after my pregnancy through a combination of targeted exercises and a-stym massage. My tummy looks almost identical to pre-pregnancy and feels great! The physical therapists at Athletico have excellent bed-side manner and are good conversationalists. I had to bring my newborn baby to my sessions and the physical therapists even held him on a few occasions to allow me to get my exercises done!! They are a professional, effective, compassionate, and fun team to work with!

All the therapists at Athletico PT - Sunbury are highly skilled and up to date on current best practices. I've personally worked with Casey, Jessica and Jillian. All three worked hard to get me back to an active life style, which I maintain today. Their programs are designed to get you to a sustainable pain free life, however, you have to follow the plans they establish for you. Once injuries occur or the body starts to degrade, they can help you reverse or slow the impacts. However, you have to put as much effort into it as they are willing and they are willing and able. If you are injured or have plaguing pain, I highly recommend these most excellent folks at Athletico Physical Therapy in Sunbury, Ohio.

I had a big scare with daily vertigo that the Dr couldn't control. I am so thankful I was referred to Jillian at Athletico Physical Therapy! She understood what I was going through with the vertigo when no one else seemed to. She gave me hope that it could improve and was able to help me get it under control and gave me tips for dealing with it when it was flared up also. I can now leave the house without fear of overwhelming vertigo making me sick. Athletico PT was so easy to schedule appts with that worked into my schedule and every single person there is friendly, kind and understanding!
