Did not like the fact that you don't necessarily see the same chiropractor each time. Kept having to re-explain to another chiropractor and did not get any actual benefit so went to another clinic. Also had issues with billing which was frustrating.

AHC was perfect me when I pulled a muscle training for my first marathon. When I realized my injury needed more attention than I could provide from myself, I was able to schedule a next day appointment which I needed in order to heal and get back to training ASAP. I work as a nurse in the hospital so I am particularly critical of quality healthcare and respect for time. The staff was courteous and punctual and I was seen immediately. My first visit was great and I started feeling better right away so I decided to return that same week for another and was back to training the next week and felt as if I had never strained my hamstring at all! Since I had such a good experience with that injury I have returned on several other occasions when my back is feeling sore from work or I get a minor injury working out. I would highly recommend AHC, thanks so much for your help!

I had knee replacement surgery in July and I completed my physical therapy with Allied. The staff are extremely professional, very caring and treated me with respect. I love the doctor's and staff here! They are really caring and friendly. They each have fun personalities. When I am upset they always lend an ear. The massage therapist is phenomenal! She is gifted in word and deed. Her education shows as she explains your pains. Her hands are magical aa she is. They are 10 plus STAR! GO THERE❗

As an individual that is a believer in the power of chiropractic care, I would avoid this clinic. I came in with my lower back and right hip out of alignment. After spending 1.5 hours at the clinic, I left worse off than before I came. My hip is out more pronounced than before, and I am in further pain. The office requested I come back in on Monday, leaving me in pain and discomfort all weekend. Additionally, there was an offer of pain relievers or muscle relaxers, the opposite of what I was seeking. Unless you have been referred by an ambulance chasing lawyer, looking for pain killers, or are filing a workers comp claim, I’d keep looking for an alternative provider. The clinic is not modern or very clean, and ultimately does not deliver chiropractic care. I am sure my insurance was billed hundreds and I’m still in pain.

My first appointment was great. I've been back multiple times since and I absolutely love the staff. Dr Heidi is very friendly and personable. The ladies behind the desk are helpful and friendly as well. After the adjustment I've gotten a massage from their massage staff. What a great addition to the chiropractic treatment! We drive in from Westlake and it's well worth the drive whether you're coming from the Westside or Eastside. Highly recommend!

I had an awful pain in the back of my neck and all through my back that I had for 2 weeks and wasn't getting better. I have never been to Allied Health and after a quick search on google saw it was near my office. I called right away and they had an opening for me that same day . After going in my issue was quickly identified and Dr Ty cracked me into place and then the massage after relaxed my tension. Highly recommend this Chiroprator I feel 100 times better. The office is located across the street from the West Side Market and tons of resteraunts after your appointment you can walk to any of them.

A physician friend of mine referred me to Allied Health and Chiropractic when I threw my back out about 4 months ago. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was pleasantly surprised that they opened their schedule up to see me that very day. I had an injury to my low back about 6 months ago. I am a very active person-I run & lift weights, and this injury was making it terribly difficult for me to even walk. Very discouraged that my back would never get better and a bit sceptical about chiropractic care, I was seeking a solution; and then I was referred to Allied Health. The front desk staff is very friendly, kind, courteous, and respectful. I had 15 visits (which seemed like so much, but it went by very quickly!) I came in 3 times a week and began experiencing some much needed relief after about about 4 visits. I added massage therapy before my adjustments (once a week). Wonderfully relaxing and helpful in my recovery. I am so happy I was referred to Allied! If you have any type of back pain or are looking to just add chiropractic care to your exisiting wellness regime, I absolutely reccomend.

Its hard to trust anyone in the Chiropractic field anymore. With so much smoke and mirrors as to actual healthy non surgical resolutions to lower back pain, I was skeptical to say the least. Unfortunately I would not recommend this place. It smells like mold and I even had allergic reaction my first visit. The physical therapy staff is great but the chiropractors are less then great. I was there about 5-6 xs and never saw the same chiro and the realignment was barely a thing. I really wanted this to be great as I typically do physical therapy, chiro and then massage together to help my bad back. But the masseuse was also not great, bit underwhelming. They do not even use covers on the table and the door gets open while you have your shirt off. So all in all, i stopped going unfortunately wouldn't recommend.

Not only do I go to AHC for regular maintenance, but so do many of our athletes at CrossFit Sixth City and Cleveland Strength and Conditioning. We regularly utilize their awesome chiropractors, massage therapists and PT for maintenance, injuries and health evaluations and screenings for ourselves and our athletes. I also look forward to working with the new ART specialist. There is many places I personally trust with my health and wellness. AHC won't let you down.
