Was referred to Results Physiotherapy by my doctor at Avance Care (Kyle Grey, also highly recommended) located in the same building near Cameron Village. I had what was at times severe pain from my back and into my arm. Medicine worked but I was open to the idea of getting off the medicine. This effort was my first exposure to physical therapy. Given the acute pain in my back I had my doubts if I could get off the meds. Ashley went to work on me on Day 1. For a woman of slight physical stature she really could press hard on my back which was what I needed ASAP. She zeroed in on my problem after some questions and by the time I left one hour later I already felt much better. I returned again for 5 or so more visits. Collin then also worked with me as did Josh. They all shared with me a variety of exercises that really have made a big difference for me. I travel overseas with my job so we also went into detail on exercises I could perform during my travels. This experience was overall a very good one for me. The front office staff is also very helpful. Excellent experience, excellent staff. My pain has subsided substantially and I have been given the exercises needed to continue to improve my opinion.

Some of the nicest, most pleasant people I have had the experience of working with in PT. They really took the time to hear my concerns, learn the nature of my injury, the nature of my job, and hear where I would like to get back to with my health. Such a great staff and a great office.

I started at Physiotherapy less than one month ago, after having left knee pain for several months. It had worsened over time, hurting during the day with activity, and pain waking me up at night. Physical therapist, Josh, and PT Assistant, Michael, provided me with assessment of the problem, directed exercises, and a home program. After seeing them 3 times a week for 3 weeks, then once a week for 2 weeks, I am cured! No pain at all, restored to lotus sitting position for yoga, walking and biking with much pleasure. Also, I was caring for my 2 1/2 year old grandson for the first 2 weeks, and was able to bring him with me for appointments. Otherwise, I'd have had to delay treatment. He loved playing with the balls, and staff were very sweet with him. Front desk staff was friendly and thoughtful as well. I cannot thank you all enough!

I've had wrist and neck pain for years -- issues from computer work. I met with the results team 8-10 times over the course of 4 weeks. Therapy was painful the first few times, but it helped me get real relief -- the sort that I had never previously felt. They gave me a battery of exercises that I perform whenever the pain starts flaring up, but now it's really manageable for me. The staff was kind, responsive, and informative. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I saw a gen practitioner that shares a building with Results Physiotherapy and mentioned that I was experiencing neck pain. They offered me a referral but I declined because I would prefer to see an orthopaedic doctor prior to starting therapy. I then received hundreds (literally hundreds) of daily calls from Results Physiotherapy insisting that I come in. They flooded my voicemail with rude, forceful messages. This is no way to run a business.

Therapists Ashley and Wendy and PT Assistant Collin worked on my neck, shoulder and elbow and took my pain from 6-8 levels to zero. It has been over a week since my last appointment and the pain has not returned although I am performing the same activities as I was before I started PT. Their knowledge, competence, efficiency, friendliness and professionalism are all outstanding. I was also impressed by the how well the staff interacts with one another in a truly team-based environment. The front-office staff were also very kind and professional. I recommend them to everyone I know that needs PT.
