I had a lot of upper back pain and loss of mobility from years of sitting improperly doing desk jobs. Julie was great at teaching me the exercises I needed to do to strengthen my back muscles and helped me change the bad habits that got me there. I have to admit I was skeptical at first, but as I continued to do the exercises and work with Julie the pain and muscle tension got better.

Not to mention her great personality that made it fun to go to PT. Krista was fantastic, super sweet, and always got me scheduled at a time that was convienient for me. Sarah was great and always got me squared away with my exercises for each session. And although I didn’t work directly with Kelly, she was always very friendly and a pleasure to be around. I can’t say enough about this team, but I can say that I highly recommend them!

I was experiencing pain in my leg from Sciatica. I had done research on my own, and tried to treat it using some stretching and exercises I had seen, but nothing seemed to work. Within the first 10 minutes of my visit, they had root caused my issue and put me on a great stretching/strengthening routine to help. Within a week I was seeing noticeable results. This is my 2nd round of physical therapy (for different injuries) with a Results office and they are fabulous. Kelly (at the Durham office) has a wonderful, approachable and knowledgeable approach. She encourages me to participate in my recovery not just follow her instructions. She is trauma a pleasure to spend time with. I laugh and enjoy every visit even though it is a struggle sometimes to recover and participate. They are quick to make sure you are ok and not in any pain! It’s is not a machine based therapy which makes it much easier to relate to as well as continue at home. Regardless of which team member you interact with Julie, Kelly, Sarah or Krista you will be treated with nothing but genuine friendliness and professionalism. They truly enjoy what they do and working together. I cannot recommend them more! I also highly recommend Results Physiotherapy as a whole. Their techniques and methods work!

What a truly excellent experience my PT was! Besides the kindness, personal touch and professionalism of all the staff, the technical/diagnosis and treatment program was just top notch. And by that I mean, it worked quickly and effectively to eliminate my pain and train my aching part (foot) to work in new, better ways. In nine visits over four weeks, my problem was solved!

My experience at Results Physiotherapy has been above reproach. The staff was excellent. I met with Julie who is an inspiration. She listened to my concerns, did her exams, and explained to me exactly what is happening and what she is planning to do to correct the problem. Regularly during our appointments, she would ask about progress, re-do her exam, and re-assess what we are doing and provide feedback. She even provided suggestions on what I can do at home if I cannot make an appointment due to travel. During our appointments, she engaged me in conversation and shared how her day was so it was a pleasant social time while she was did her work efficiently and I was doing my exercises. Sarah was lovely. She helped me remember how to do my exercises correctly and reminded me how many reps I needed to do because I forgot quite often

I recently graduated from PT with Kelly working diligently working on getting me back to running pain free. I've dealt with PF for close to two years and most recently numbness on one of my toes. I went to a podiatrist, etc and she sent me to Results Physiotherapy. I was skeptical because I've been to other PTs without positive results. My PT, recommended three visits per week (wth?? really??) Well, the name of the business rings true! Results did happen and and am back to running almost completely pain free!! YIPPEE!!! PT works if you work on those exercises and continue them at home! Thank you to Kelly and the staff at Results. You made therapy fun, too!!

There are not enough words to express the wonderful experience I had encountered at Results Physiotherapy in Durham. Kelly and Brendan were amazing! They were able to get me to a point where I could function a little better. There were some ups and downs during my sessions, but they always made sure I was okay. Very attentive! They would adjust my stretches and exercises based on my condition right at that moment. They had decided to send me back to my doctor for further treatment because they had realized they had done all they could do. My doctor and I were so impressed with their decision to end my PT because some PTs would just keep pushing. My doctor raved about the PTs at this location and so do I! I actually miss interacting with them and so does my daughter Kristina who was a client of this location a few weeks prior to the start of my visits. The other staff members are amazing also! Even though there were times I was in pain, it was bearable because of the care and love of the entire staff. I had so much fun in the midst of a trying time. Everyone that I encountered at Results Physiotherapy was fabulous to work with, and I would definitely recommend to anyone that needs physical therapy. They were really helpful when it came to scheduling appointments around my school and work schedule. Kelly is a fantastic PT and person, and takes the time to explain everything she is doing with you. I was sad to leave, but I was relieved to be fully functioning again. My experience was awesome Chelsea took great care of me. I wasn't able to lift my shoulder going in and after a short period of time I was able to lift my shoulder and do some weights exercises. Chelsea also addressed my Neck as well. Chelsea used dry needling on my neck and shoulder. The result were amazing. I'M able to move my neck more freely and that's a miracle in its self. She is the first and only one who has helped me in years. The entire staff is great as well. They all pay attention to your needs. I would recommend this facility to my friends, family and anyone ask if know any PT facilities

I went there for some shoulder and neck pain I was experiencing. Everyone there was wonderful and made me feel so comfortable and, more importantly, welcomed. They provided me excellent service in house and gave me some exercises to do at home for continued improvement. They were great about finding me appointments that suit my schedule. I can feel the difference in my shoulder area even just to the touch. The tension is much less. I definitely recommend this place! Such wonderful people!
