Professional, compassionate, effective therapy! Have used for shoulder, knee, hand, and ankle with excellent results, now back for therapy for broken bones in foot, progressing nicely. Just returned in November and December 2017 for knee replacement therapy, treated with the same high level of professional, effective and compassionate therapy. Thanks to their treatment and encouragement , I have achieved goals of flexibility, gait and leg strength quickly.

I showed up for aquatic therapy on wheels and left walking out the door 2.5 months later. I did both aquatic and regular PT. The facility is clean, and all necessary equipment is available. But what makes this place great is the staff members going above and beyond in my opinion. I mostly worked with Tom and Shaun. They were very knowledgeable and taught me many exercises/stretches to help me gain my strength back and helped me walk again. However, I will always remember them most by their personality and the ability push me to the next level. The "yes you can", "sure you will", "breathe, blow out the candle", " you got this", really helped me mentally and boosted my confidence. Because I was stuck in a wheelchair for a while this truly became my haven two days out the week. The first time I met Tom I had just started going to pool therapy. I was still sad that my injury had flipped my world upside down.Tom said, "One day, I'm going to get you to come in smiling", and he did.I would go back if I ever need any PT in the future. I will actually miss going to PT but thankful I've gotten better to the point I don't need it. Thank You KRS!

I did the aquatic therapy for my knees and back. I was still using the lift to get in and out of the pool, but I felt like the water exercises were helping. My insurance had stopped paying, so I haven't been back in awhile. I am seriously thinking about joining the wellness program. Tom, Shawn and Beth were great! I look forward to going back.

My wife and I have been to KRS on a couple of occasions (full treatments) and we have had very positive experiences as well as very good results. In addition to the therapist being competent the entire environment and atmosphere is friendly. You walk IN smiling and walk OUT-- tired. I would give them a rating of 4.9 stars out of 5.

My husband was in a very serious car accident. After spending a month in the hospital he was told that aquatic therapy would probably work wonders for him. I called several places but they didn't have a lift that he would need to allow him to get in a pool. I remember seeing a Kernersville location on the list at the Dr. office. I contacted them and not only do they have a pool, they also have a lift. Tom was so helpful and knowledgeable. The staff always friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better place to begin my husband's road to recovery. He's first time in the pool was a little emotional for us because it was the first time in 2 months that he was able to stand on his own 2 feet. I've been going here for about a month now. I love everyone at this place and how wonderfully attentive they are. I'm currently doing the aquatic therapy for my fibromyalgia. I have noticed little things getting easier, like waking up in the morning. I'm quite happy with how things are going so far, and have my fingers crossed that they keep getting better. Even if they don't, I'm happy with what has been done already.
