I had total knee replacement May 22nd 2 months ago now and my Orthopedic surgeon Dr. Homesley referred me to Greg Ott Physical Therapy. I am well pleased with the team work of the physical therapist helping me with the intense therapy to recover day by day. This Friday will be 4 weeks in GOCPT The staff is very helpful. I am improving day by day.

I like this place a lot. I did my ACL surgery rehab here in 2010 with Greg. He seems very sport-minded and pushes you to get back to 100%, almost like a coach. This year I have been seeing their lower back specialist, Kim. She has been great in helping my S-I joint pain. Easy to get to from uptown.

I broke and shattered my wrist in early May. After surgery, a splint and and cast , two months later I started therapy with Laura. My wrist was extremely stiff and my range of motion was very limited. Laura has been an amazing therapist! She is not only extremely knowledgeable and professional but very personable and friendly. She made what could have been a very intimidating and rigorous experience a pleasant one. She's very patient with her clients and gives them her full attention, always offering suggestions and techniques to make your situation easier. My wrist pain, stiffness and range of motion have improved ten fold since I started therapy. I would highly recommend this practice and Laura for hand therapy.

I have been blessed to be introduced to Gregg during a severe pain episode and what I thought was going to be a consultation turned into a wonderful therapy session. The staff is very helpful and gives you personal attention that excels any other physical therapy services that I have experienced elsewhere in Charlotte. Honestly I must tell you, I have had almost all of my major joints replaced since Oct 2013. So naturally I've had lots of physical therapy at different places. Greg Ott's center for PT has been the most consistent PT center that I have ever visited so far. I do not feel pressured when I'm their and as a result it has made a positive difference for me. Some of the other centers that I have visited for PT had goals to force it down my throat and make me tell them that they have made a positive difference in my life! I had done PT with a specialist closer to house, I didn't get the ROM I should have, switched to Greg when I was safe to drive myself and was astonished how much I improved. When I need help with my brace they rest for me. Staff was always friendly and helpful

Can’t give this business enough stars... I sprained my ankle playing basketball a few weeks ago and the doctor’s office gave me a $300 boot. Did some research and found out how overpriced that was, returned it, and bought one from Greg Ott. Despite not actually participating in physical therapy there, when I went in for the boot I was treated wonderfully and Mr. Ott himself helped pick the right size, model, etc and gave me some free advice for my recovery during that process. I returned a couple weeks later for an ankle brace and sure enough Mr. Ott and his staff went out of the way to provide extra therapy advice while I was there. In summary, to treat people like me-who they really aren’t making much money off of at all- with so much care and attention shows that this place just gets it. They care, they’re smart, they’re organized. What more could you ask for in a business? :)
