Dr. Bill Collins is a conscientious, professional and caring physical therapist. He has helped me recover from multiple laminectomy surgeries and we are currently working together to prepare me for upcoming full hip replacement. Bill is both a fantastic and motivating physical therapist and a genuinely compassionate person. He takes the time to get to know his patients, learning their individual lifestyles and needs. He is often available during ‘off hours’ to communicate via email, responding to questions or sending videos/photos of recommended exercises to further your recovery. With Bill and the entire Recovery Physical Therapy Team you receive one-on-one treatment and attention. They are dedicated to your recovery as a whole person, understanding that recovery is measured in both physical mobility and the confidence to push through your fears as you gain back that mobility.
