Rima has helped me tremendously after falling down stairs and spraining both ankles. She's patient, gives me good exercises that I can do at home, and is friendly to talk to. The one less star is because sometimes it's a bit busy in the office and that can slow down intake - I recommend going first thing in the morning (so long as I still get in and out before work, still).

I wish I could give it 0 stars By far the worst physical therapy place EVER. I have never had a receptionist question my health or the pain I am in because according to her records I hadn't called in 3 weeks, let alone HANG UP the phone on me while I'm in mid sentence. Very classy, by the way! This is unacceptable behavior from a clinical office.

I have had a very positive experience with my physical therapy at the theradynamics on Bennet ave. The whole staff have been so helpful in my recovery from a bad ankle sprain. They care and are knowledgeable in any concern I have had during my visits. I feel great improvements each week by following the exercises they have been giving me. The front desk is extremely friendly and the staff is knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Vishnu has helped me immensely and so far I have been able to avoid surgery because of his care. Wait times can be long, but the upside is that you can arrive whenever you like on the day of your appointment, giving much needed flexibility in the city. Would absolutely recommend this clinic.

I have been going for physical therapy for years. I have tried other places and i have never been treated as well as I'm treated at 153 bennett avenue. The staff are professional and kind. For years i have attended pt at this location because i suffer with osteoarthritis and osteoporosis in multiple joints. If it wasn't for the staff at theradynamics i would probably be in a wheelchair. Thank you for hiring people that care for those like me.

Anyone who needs Physical Therapy, I would highly recommend Theradynamics at 231St for Physical Therapy. I had ankle and back surgery, which required me to have physical therapy. The PT team at Theradynamics has been excellent in helping me with my recovery. They are very knowledgeable as well as attentive to their patients. When I first started treatment at Theradynamics, I was not able to walk or sit due to chronic pain. I was assigned to Anna Flor Villarosa one of their outstanding (Physical Therapist) and I have been working with her for several weeks and I have made significant progress. Once Anna evaluated my physical condition, she implemented a structured exercise plan to strengthen my back, hip and ankle muscles, which has increased my physical performance. Anna also performed massage techniques that help reduce the chronic pain and muscle spasms on each session. What I like about Anna? She took the time to get to know me as well as worked with me toward achieving my personal recovery goals. Anna has a great personality and she enjoys helping her patients. Thanks Anna! Jay is wonderful with coordinating the physical therapist with patients and the front desk, Anna, Tiffany and Nersy are excellent with managing the insurance paperwork as well as scheduling patients appointments.
