Kara and Erica have always been highly recommended in the past. I couldn’t agree more. I have been through many pelvic pt’s in the past and consider Kara to be one of the best I’ve seen if not the best pelvic physical therapist to help with my pelvic pain thus far. She is also extremely lovely and has a wonderful bedside manner. She genuinely cares about her patients and I can not be happier to have found her. I’ll be sticking with Kara and Erica wherever they go.

I have nothing but great things to say about Kara & Erica at Solstice! I’m in the last trimester of my pregnancy and I made an appointment with Kara last week because I had been having severe lower back pain for almost 2 weeks – to the point where it was painful to walk. As soon as I came in and described what had been going on, Kara listened intently and almost immediately (with a few tests) figured out where my pain was stemming from. She made sure I was comfortable with the tests and exercises she was showing me, she asked me how I felt every step along the way, and most importantly she helped me feel so much better! Kara emailed me a plan as soon as I left the appointment with the exercises we had practiced along with directions and pictures to make them easy for me to remember and follow. It’s now been a little less than a week since I came to see Kara and I’m continuing to feel better and stronger every day! I wish I had gone to see her sooner! These two women are miracle workers!
