I had a great experience with RPT. Everyone was so nice and accomadating. I've been having knee troubles for a while now, not many doctors knew why, and I have seen other physical therapists, but John at RPT has by far been my favorite and most beneficial. I cannot recommend them more!

RPT is the best! Super knowledgeable practitioners who help you feel your best, gently encouraging you all while being warm and friendly each and every time. The receptionists are amazing, kind, and fast. My go to place when I need it. RPT also really accommodates a busy schedule. RPT is the best!

I could not recommend Recovery Physical Therapy more! Before I found Recovery Physical Therapy, I had been having nagging low back and shoulder problems that none of the other physical therapists I had visited could remedy. They were the only place to properly diagnose and help me heal my injuries, which was a huge relief. Not only is the staff extremely knowledgeable and helpful, they are also friendly, sympathetic, and available. They are the best!

I actually didn’t make it to see a therapist through their receptionists. Made appointment on Zocdoc for my only day off. Office called me later that day and said that All that times on Zocdoc are wrong and as I have workers comp case I’d need to provide more information. I had my case number and dates of insury only on me, they called during my work hours. In a middle of the conversation the woman I was talking to passed the phone to someone else without warning. I just realized that voice is different and I’m talking to someone else now. This new lady told me that they can’t honor my appointment until I provide more information. She refused to answer if they actually had time on the day I made appointment. She refuse to hold appointment till I get home and get more information about my case. She said goodbye and hung up on me. Well I guess they don’t need more business and I definitely will not be calling back to schedule anymore with those two “customer oriented” ladies.
