I never, ever got a certified therapist, just generally a technician. The therapy and exercises received were fine but generally most could be performed at home.

I have never availad any service at Kipnis, however I received a bill with incorrect address for 1/1/2013 to 4/1/2013. I have sent multiple emails and called several times, but there is no response. I am not sure if this is a legal practice. How can the service provider sent bills 5 years old, without any relation to the customer. If there are others who have the same situation, please comment below. I dont want to pay this amount "even to get rid of the mails", when I did not avail any service. Thank you,
