I have a back pain more than a year. My doctor referred me a physical therapy. So I found Orthology Columbus Circle online. I’m glad I became a patient of Kenan Trebincevic. In the first appointment he asked the questions, examined pain source and explained everything on the bond structure. We did some exercises. Kenan is a great PT. His professionalism impressed me a lot. I will update my review at the end of the sessions.

I made an appointment with Orthology a week in advance and gave them all my insurance information and was told I was good to go. Then an hour before my appointment, after confirming our appointment the day before, someone from Orthology called me and said they were no longer in network with my insurance and I would have to pay $175 out of pocket if I wanted to keep the appointment. Not sure why they couldn’t have told me this initially.

First time getting physical therapy and was recommended to Orthology by my orthopedic surgeon. The staff is very welcoming. The therapist Warren was very patient and explained everything in a manner that was very understandable. The assistant was also very patient and helpful.

This place is like a godsend. The staff are so friendly, so knowledgeable and experienced, but more importantly, so effective! I can only rave about them because they changed my life personally. After years of suffering with neck and shoulder pain, I finally wised up and saw my PCP. He gave me a referral to see a physiatrist, after a little searching, I found Dr. Eric Rosenbaum. The rest was history. Samira was my physical therapist and I couldn't have asked for a better one. She is so caring and observant, and had the perfect recovery plan for me. She and her trainers kept me on track for weeks and I slowly built the strength and flexibility I needed to eventually keep myself on track. I am happy to say that now I am out of chronic pain, and I know what to do now when I see the warning signs of imminent pain creeping in. I couldn't recommend them more. The front desk staff are also efficient and much of their paperwork can be done online. They run a tight ship and every place should be like theirs.

For my back injury I saw Dr. Rosenbaum and Kenan, a DPT at this location Dr. was friendly and right to the point. Kenan was very smart, professional, and knowledgeable. Helped me greatly. Would highly recommend this doctor and therapist, and this facility.

The best physical therapists I've found, in the City or in the metropolitan area. I can't say enough good things about them, honestly. The staff is small enough that all the therapists get to know all of the patients, so when someone is on vacation, it doesn't feel like a break in treatment. Great facilities, great staff.

Conveniently situated, in a pleasant open setting, with very pleasant staff as well as professional, mostly hands-on treatment sessions. There is no hocus-pocus here. Kenan, my physical therapist, as well as Obi, his assistant, are very friendly and they do an amazing job, while also making sure the treatment sessions are safe, to the point and most importantly, interactive. I’m convinced that no one will improve if they do not actively participate in the healing process. Definitely recommend.

I wasn't notified of an out of pocket when I provided my insurance in advance and Orthology expressed my deductible was already met so I was good. I later learned I owed $25 per session as an out of pocket as in-network. I researched and Co-insurance paid for more than $225 for each visit, which is quite high for one PT session, so I was surprised to get hit with any amount owed later. Most other PT practices don't operate this way. Likely because the business runs more commercially/chain than small business. I saw another review had a similar issue of not disclosing out of pocket, then to get hit with a bill later. Not cool.

As an athlete and fitness fanatic, I over trained since I was a child. My knees are one of the most critical parts of my body. I’ve gone to multiple orthopedists and received discouraging news. They all painted a very negative picture of a road to knee replacement and never offered other options or solutions. Finally found an orthopedist (Dr. Cardone- NYU) who isn’t a cutter and recommended me to Warren from Orthology. I now have hope. In just one week since my first session and following his advice, I’ve already seen reduction in pain and inflammation. This is time and money well spent. I can’t wait for additional sessions and the progress that I am confident will ensue.

Food Critique

This place is Ridiculous!!! I went for a consultation. The staff and doctor could not tell me how much they would bill me. One of the staff gave me their billing department number. The number is not registered! I finally got through Prohealth, the billing department by calling Ortholohy’s main line. Prohealth, the bill department could not tell me how much they charge?! Well, I am not going to somewhere without knowing how much I will be charged for.

I’ve had one visit, with more scheduled. The reception staff were great and the facility is open and friendly. My PT, Kenan, is knowledgeable, thorough, clear in his explanations, and very personable. Had marked improvement from first visit. Highly recommended.
