The staff and physician are great. Unfortunately the people from billing department are extremely rude. I got my paper bill for the first time after 1.5 year along with the validation notice, and the physician's name was wrong. I called to confirm if this was my bill, and how come I never got any bill in the past 1.5 year. The lady was very mad and almost yelled "Tell me how can I help if you didn't get the bill? We called you many times!" "Was your name and phone number correct? Was your address correct? Did you visit? Then why did you ask? Tell me how can I help?" For me, the phone call was almost a horrifying experience, and I still haven't got my question answered.

The staff at Orthology are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and pay careful attention to your injuries and complaints. This is my first time attending physical therapy, and was curious about what likely caused my injury, how I could prevent it in the future, and what I could do now to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Catherine explained all of the answers I needed in a way that was both insightful and easy to understand. Aside from being personable, my treatment was wonderful. Catherine was careful to make sure I was comfortable and could complete the exercises without too much difficulty, and explained how each exercise would help in my recovery. Additionally, the front desk staff was very friendly and helped me set up all the appointments I would need in the next few weeks. I would definitely recommend coming here, especially if you are new to PT and want to get an understanding of how and why it can help you.

Their billing department of Orthology makes continue errors on billing for the services. When I tried to reach out couple of times their staff is unengaged and not willing to help on something that they made a mistake at first. The PT is fine but I would avoid this place if you don’t want to have problems with billing later on.

I always feel better and get stronger as a result of working with him. Orthology Chelsea is a really great place. Everyone is personable and professional.

Incompetent - avoid at all costs. Chris Allison, a Physician's Assistant, diagnosed me with a meniscus tear and injected me with cortisone instead of referring me to a surgeon. The result is that I have pain every day after being completely healthy and can't play sports anymore. He shouldn't be seeing patients.

Yannis and the staff at Orthology are awesome. The attention given and way they taught me to do my exercies for treatment motivated me to want to do them on my own. Can't exclaim how much better I feel!

My appointment was on Wednesday, May 8th and I walked into the appointment limping (which was my normal) . I was greeted and felt welcomed by the staff at the front desk assuring me I was in good hands. Sharon was the PT assigned to me and words can’t describe the instant relief I felt once she elevated my knee and worked her magic on it . This location is fully equipped with everything you can think of to asset on making the transition much easier. Heading out the door not LIMPING was a huge shocker to me . This PT center I recommend to only those who are SERIOUS about recovery because the staff wear their hearts on their sleeve.

Beautiful and modern facilities with a caring and engaging PT team. They also don’t double book your appointments like Spear PT and Professional PT where their therapists simultaneously treat 2-3 other patients at the same time.

This is my first time as a patient with Orthology and I have had an experience. I have been a patient with several other competing PTs in the immediate area and I did not expect that this would be so well run and at the same level as some of the more "boutiki" PT operations in Manhattan. My therapist, Sharon Pan, was very personable and offere excellent diagnosis and execution for my therapy. I would highly recommend her. Orthology also accepts my insurance plan, which is really great.

Yannis could not possibly have done a better job helping me. He was fantastic all the way through, very informative, caring and attentive. I had debilitating weekly headaches for almost 20 years - and now have fewer than one per month. I couldn't recommend Orthology Chelsea more highly than I do. Their front desk staff is very sweet, almost all therapists are outwardly friendly, and as stated above, Yannis is fantastic. My life has literally been changed, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a PT.

Be very careful with Orthology in Chelsea. The staff are okay, but their billing department is a nightmare. They repeatedly over-billed us and are extremely difficult to deal with. Check out their reviews on Yelp so see others with same experience.

Receptionists are a mess, no communication from one to another. I’ve tried making an appointment for the past month, no one told me I needed a prescription had to wait another week to get one, and then another week in order to see a physician.

This is a great place to get well. I was skeptical when my Doctor first suggested physical therapy as I’ve not had the best experience with physical therapy but after meeting my DPT, K Scott changed my mind. The Orthology staff give you one on one care and you won’t feel like your on your own. I highly recommend this company for your PT needs.
