UPPER MANAGEMENT AND DR. GOPAL AND HIS MEDICAL TEAM ARE EXCELLENT THEY GIVE INCREDIBLE CARE they really make you feel comfortable. as far as medical treatment there isn't any place better in the state of new york "BUT YOU HAVE TO GET PASSED THE FRONT DESK AND CALL CENTER" the front desk personnel have nasty attitudes and reckless mouths and the call center is a hot mess you call and get put on hold for a very long time , only to receive a message that the call center is not available, NOT AVAILABLE LOL A CALL CENTER NOT AVAILABLE SMFH this compounded with the fact that if you ever get through , you never get to speak to anyone other than a call center representative telling you they sent an email and you'll be contacted SOMETHING THAT NEVER HAPPENS they only call if its to relay unrelated information from your doctor..this new staff is unprofessional and rude and extremely lazy'''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''

I have visited the waters place facility on three occasions. The facility is clean, convenient and well organized. The staff is well trained and give excellent patient care. The doctors are excellent in their approach to evaluate your condition and provide necessary advice and treatment.

NY Spine & Sport has given me you life and mobility back. I have seen many doctors and specialists over the years only to be prescribed pain killers for my back, hip and legs. On my first office visit Dr. Gopal pin pointed exactly what was causing my pain and scheduled me for the shot in my lower back. Three weeks later I felt like a teenager again. For me the shot last for over a year before I start feeling the pain again. I’m on my 4th year and the shots work every time. The staff is very professional and the work hard to provide the attention and care needed. I most certainly recommend NY Spine & Sport.

I couldn't even make an appointment. After holding for a long time, I asked the representative that answered the phone, if I had the right department she replied sarcastically. There was a lot of static on the phone so I said I would call back. Upon calling, I waited a long time AGAIN, just to be hung up on.. 2X!!!
