H & D Therapy is an amazing place! I have been going to them for many years. I have had multiple orthopedic surgeries and had tried many different PT centers before finding H&D. I can assure you , one will not find a better place than H&D for all your therapy needs. I have been to Aasra for 3 different surgeries, and for more minor problems, and she is an expert at what she does. She can assess the problem very quickly, so no need to waste an entire session on the evaluation. Aasra gets down to business quickly, and that means quicker recovery. I have also worked with the hand therapist, Randi following two hand surgeries. She is remarkable, has full knowledge of the hand and gets results much faster than any other hand therapist I have ever met. The other wonderful thing about H&D is the therapist works with you solely, for 45 minutes to 60 minutes. One is not passed on to an assistant to "do exercises", or "fill" the time in some other way. The full appointment time is focused on you and your issue. The people at this place are truly caring, and working in your best interest always. The front desk staff is also kind and helpful. H&D is treating the entire person, not just the immediate problem. I cannot recommend H&D highly enough. I travel in from Connecticut to see them, since I know I have never had such competent professionals, and great care at any other PT center.
