I wish I can give them less than 1 star. They confirm my appointment 3 times by call , text and email and when I go to see them on mentioned address, they informs me they got address mixed up. They trying blame it on me and when show them all proof, they dont have any apologetic stance. They expect me to run to other location. After all this , to rectify their mistake they offer me to see PT on location and when I agree they mentions that no one is available. They have no organized system.

Outstanding PT. The office is well run and very professional. Paul is one the best therapists I’ve ever worked with. He clearly cares about his job and cares about seeing results and improvement in the patient. That is extremely important with therapists and I’m thankful I found that here!
