I used Trinity in Middletown and honestly the staff is just so fantastic and in my case completely understood the amount of pain I have, where it originated from and why. I was amazed at how certain exercises would ease my pain but you just can’t do stretching and exercises 24/7 your entire day, a short time after leaving the facility my pain would return. Unfortunately in my situation surgery is the only way to get relief. My insurance company insists on three months of pt to try to avoid the cost of back surgery. Trinity Rehabilitation was able to reduce the severity of the pains I have each time I went but my situation pt just can’t fix. If pt could fix my low back arthritis plus lumbar disc herniations, bulges, stenosis scoliosis among other things etc Trinity is the perfect place. They truly are awesome and I highly recommend Trinity Rehabilitation if PT is necessary for your recovery. You won’t be disappointed. Promise.

Before I started the PT at Trinity, my left knee was in pain for three weeks, I wasn't able to walk downstairs without pain. It was much better after 3 sessions. 16 sessions later, I can walk downstairs without pain. My therapist Rose is one of the best in the field. All her assistants are very friendly and helpful. In addition to treating my knee, Rose also patiently explained the entire knee structure, where my weakness was, and what caused the pain. This medical knowledge will enable me to take better care of my knees in the future.

I went to Trinity after hurting my back. With my work schedule my usual physical therapist would not fit in to my day. I heard about trinity on NJ101.5, so I checked them out. The staff were nothing but polite and professional, always curious about my day, my work, other stuff about my life. On top of all that, they were out of network for my insurance, but only charged me in network prices.(Huge difference) Over all, awesome experience. Great staff, my back is back to normal. I would recommend them to anyone, and I would go back again with out a second thought.

My experience at Trinity has been a wonderful positive force of my life to improve my situation and my injury. When I went to Trinity after my injury I could not move my arm or my hand and was in pain. Within weeks I was moving my hand and my wrist. They provided me with the care and the motivation I needed. The entire staff at Middletown is excellent, well-trained and very friendly. My herniated disc with severe left-leg sciatica gave me excruciating pain. Trinity Rehab took away that pain. I went from using a walker to no walker! I highly recommend this facility.

I wish I could give higher then 5 Stars! Trinity has worked on me and my 2 damaged shoulders over the course of a year and a half. I tore both my shoulders on the job and required two surgeries. What I anticipated was a painful and long recovery .What I received was a professional,caring staff that eased all my nerves ,aches and pains.I was always informed of my progress all the way and a kind words to keep me motivated.Between Rose and Allie,my Therapists,they made recovery a joy and pretty much painless. I could never thank them enough. My shoulders feel great and I have Trinity to thank. But it doesn't end there.With this injury being on the job , I had tons of paperwork that Donielle and the rest of the office staff made it easy for me. And as for the rest of the support staff for me, such as Toni the other PT on call , , and the PT Techs ,Matthew and Kyle who assisted in my recovery and exercises.This group was like a well oiled machine. They are all more to me then a place I had to go.Thumbs Up!!!

The staff at Trinity Rehab are amazing. I went in with a herniated disc and with no drugs or surgery, I was pain free within a few months. Went back when I had plantar fascitis, 5 sessions on the Epat machine and I am pain free. The physical therapists are wonderful, but what makes this great is all the staff from front desk to bookkeeping go out of their way to make this experience as easy as can be. I would highly recommend Trinity Rehab
