I've been seeing a physical therapist, Joanne, for the past few weeks at the Brick location and she has been wonderful! She listens, cares and really individualizes my treatment plan to get me back to my pre operative strength and flexibility. I love that she challenges me and is even showing me exercises to do once I return to work!

I was very happy with my experience at Trinity Rehab in Howell. My physical therapist, Arzoo, was excellent! She knew exactly what to do to relieve my hip pain, including the EPAT treatment. She is very knowledgeable, is always upbeat and very kind. Arzoo really cares about her patients and works hard to improve their conditions. The entire staff was very attentive and accommodating. I am very pleased with my results and I will return to Trinity if i ever need physical therapy and I would recommend it to others.

I was putting off going to physical therapy because I thought my knees were beyond. I kept hearing about Trinity Rehab on the radio & decided to give it a shot. I was very surprised how easy it was to get a consultation and how helpful Gloria was to get me an appointment even though my insurance didn't cover it. Aarzoo is a great therapist she explained everything and all though I wasn't expecting miracles I did get a lot of pain relief her knee massages were wonderful! Everybody there Aarzoo, John, Sam, Joanne, Gloria makes going to physical therapy at 6:00 after work actually enjoyable. Would recommend them highly. Will definitely be back when I finally have the knee replacement. Thank you!

The staff is professional and friendly from Gloria at front desk, to Aarzoo the therapist is excellent. Heather and Sam are also very good they will help with exercises, they are very attentive. I have been to other therapists who did not provide the quality of care like I have received at Trinity Rehab .

I wish I could give 10 or 20 stars.. Arrzoo Patel is terrific therapist. Sweet very kind and very considerate to whatever pain I have..and is always there for me.. She's a professional and very caring about the patients. Samantha ( Sam) is great.. She is so likeable, knows her stuff and we have a good time while there. She makes what I tease her and Arrzoo about jokingly calling them The Torturers.a pleasant therapy session..They are the best. John is good with people too. Always try to make him laugh and success is made. These people are terrific.. Gloria..I never met a more personable front desk administrative staff than her. Trinity works hard with their patients and its a relaxed atmosphere.. I know I am being helped with my problem just by coming there.. Great staff!

After scheduling an appointment and giving my insurance information over the phone a week prior to my first consultation, I left work early to attend. I was met in the waiting room by a receptionist who told me whoever consults with new clients wanted me to know that my insurance was not covered and they did not want to waste my time. Services for me would be $65. a session. I still would have liked to hear about their services, but I felt put off their greeting. It seemed to me like they didn't want to waste their time on someone who might not want to pay out of pocket. After expressing my displeasure to their greeting the receptionist told me that it was still "up to me" if I wanted the free consultation. I skipped. If they really wanted to save me time they would have contacted me before I left work early! Place also looks cheap. Not what I expected after hearing their fancy radio commercials!

Physical therapists are top notch. Able to isolate where my pain originated and worked on the problem area to great results. Therapy techs are fantastic too, guiding my stretching and workout efficiently. Everyone is very friendly and enthusiastic. Gives you the motivation to work and get better on those days you really don't want to. My shoulder has shown great improvement during my time at Trinity. Highly recommended!

A truly unique technique that was never offered to me in the 30 years of physical therapy was offered by Arzoo. I fatigue easily when standing so Arzoo designed a program for me laying down. How did I know it was effective? Within a short period people were commenting on how much better I walking and how erect I was standing. Arzoo’s massage techniques diminished my pain level and her “emphatic “ suggestion that I try compression socks reduced my neuropathy unbelievably. My pain management doctor suggested that I try Trinity Pt because their approach to therapy was a good match. Kudos to my doctor and Arzoo and Trinity Pt.

I was suffering from an unexpected pain from my neck to my left shoulder, left arm and down to my left hand. It was a painful shooting pain which made it very difficult to use my left arm and hand. Sleeping was very difficult as the pain occurred all throughout the day and night. I went to Trinity Rehab after hearing about it on NJ1015FM radio station. I initially met up with Gloria at the front desk. She was very professional and welcoming. She explained the process and then arranged for an appointment with Arzoo Patel, the Physical Therapist (PT) in charge. I met with Arzoo and explained my situation with her about the pain. She asked me numerous questions to better understand my situation and then did some checking of my neck, shoulder, arm and hand. She then helped explain what she found out and then arranged for my therapy sessions 3 times a week. My therapy sessions included heating pads to loosen the muscles on my left neck and shoulder, a series of exercises to begin loosen up my muscles along my entire left side. As the weeks of therapy continued, the pain in my left neck to shoulder to arm to hand began to lessen. Gradually the pain went away in my neck area and left shoulder area. I was still feeling pain, numbness and stinging along my left arm down to my fingers. At this point, Arzoo recommended using a traction device to help "stretch my neck". As we began using the traction device, the pain began to less quite a bit. After several weeks of this, the pain is gone however I am still feeling some numbness and stinging (similar to when you hit your funny bone area). The good news is that I have full mobility with my left shoulder, arm and hand. Hopefully over time, the remaining numbness and stinging will go away on its own. I want to thank Arzoo, along with the many assistants (Heather, Samantha & Gus) for helping me with my recovery with this painful incident. They were all very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Trinity Rehab for anyone who is suffering from a painful physical situation.

Relevant exercises, appropriate equipment, support & supervision from Trinity personnel. I felt my 6 weeeks of PT was time very well spent. I recently had my 3 month check up with my orthopedic surgeon, who was pleased with my progress to date. I am continuing the exercises I learned in PT & have added using a desk cycle for an hour each day. Trinity was definitely the right choice for me!

I thoroughly enjoyed working with the entire team from the front desk receptionist to the assistants and therapists.
