Everyone here is so professional and caring. Dr Allan Mendez and Ravi Balineni have been providing my PT from shoulder reconstruction and torn rotator cuff. Pushing me a bit, but not making it painful. Rosie is always cheerful and makes you feel very welcomed. Everyone from the receptionists, Amy and Vanessa, right through to the assistants all work together to make each visit a pleasure. Would highly recommend.

STAY AWAY!!! GIMICK.... or what? Used service two years ago, provided FABULOUS insurance, and was treated like a star ... now two years later have received a judgement after 0 notifications while fully insured?? Stopped into the office today to ask WHY am I receiving a judgement, without any notice other than an attorney advertisement referencing the judgement? They were busy, so left after providing my name. AMAZINGLY, she was able to call me ten minutes later.... to tell me they tried contacting for two years.... screwing with my credit? BUYER BEWARE!!!@ Find somewhere else. Lots of places will treat you like a star, solve your issue, WITHOUT the hassle of having to review every record and now prove my payments.

Good chiropractor albeit very rapid adjustment, however the main issue is the therapists. Rather use electronic muscle stimulation machines for 90% of my sessions, in one case attached the node incorrectly and burnt by back. My experience was therapists being more self-absorbed - chatting to each other & starting late - than patient attention.

Very crowded but good PT & Chiro staff. Their billing is another matter. Was told my insurance would cover a certain number of PT visits and Chiropractic visits. Then I saw a bill from my insurance company that was over $750 for 8 visits. Next, the person in billing called and said they would reduce it to $50 co-pay per visit. Then I received a call stating she sent that out prematurely and that I owe nothing. That same afternoon she called back and said I owe payment for the entire 8 visits because I did not complete the 12 recommended by my orthopedist because I felt better. Beware of their billing practice. Get it straight from the beginning and have them put it in writing!

I have been getting physiotherapy at this facility for a a few weeks now as I recover from a bilateral knee replacement. The therapists are great. Here's to Tino, Ravi, Ursula and Rosie and all the others. They are friendly and responsive to my specific needs and I can tell they are there to help me and to alleviate my pain and discomfort. The facility is clean and the equipment is in great shape. I actually look forward to my physio days. Would totally recommend it.

I have been a client of Sports Med - Hohokus for a number of months. During my lifetime I have gone for PT at 2 other places, but nothing compares to the excellent care and treatment I have received here. Every aspect of my treatment here is 5 stars. Vanessa and Amy work hard at the front desk to keep things running smoothly, they do a fabulous job and always have a helpful caring attitude. They aim to please! The PT assistants, including Rosie, Ravi, Andrew and Jude are excellent at what they do, always providing top notch care, with a kind and friendly demeanor. And, I can't say enough good things about the Physical Therapist who has been treating me. His name is Alan, and he has been instrumental in facilitating my recovery. He is excellent at what he does! As a result of his care, I continue to make great strides in my recovery! If you are deciding on where to go for PT, I recommend you come to Sports Med. I am sure that you will receive the same excellent care that I have.

I have had problems with my feet for a long time. Previous rehab clinics shvr gonr thru the motions with very little impact. Sportsmed in Ho-Ho-Kus is doing a good job in identifying my problem and planning exercises to correct the problem. Jonathan is doing a fine job in bringing me along. He exercises my feet enough that they feel they have exercised but are not in pain. He is increasing my exercises slowly so I get stronger gradually but effectively. I feel they are doing a good job for me - certainly much better than previous clinics. They have sufficient staff and equipment for me and the others doing rehab. Their front desk people are friendly and very helpful They affer free transportation - but I have had problems getting my service when many others are using this service. Eventually he gets to me - sometimes later than my schelduled rehan time - but it all works out. I am very satified and impressed with the operation andI am glad I came here.

How often do you find a physical therapy center that you actually look forward to going? Once you go for PT here, you won't want to go any place else. The reasons are varied -- the expert care by therapists (Tino rocks!!), the aides and the front desk folks are all very friendly and attentive. Just wanted to thank Sportsmed of Hohokus for your outstanding program. I have been to four P.T. companies over 6 years and SportsMed is the best from my experience by a wide margin. All trainers are extremely knowledgeable, and do not just go through the motions as many have done. They have a systematic development schedule and results are surprisingly good. My husband had physical therarpy here also and agrees 100% with my findings.
