This place is great! I am a busy person and PT was the last thing I wanted to do, but SportsMed always worked with my schedule and squeezed me in whenever I could come by. Didn't think a first time patient or any patient had to wait a lil over an hour to be seen for acupuncture, why would they give me an appt. for 4:30 and I was still waiting to be called an hour later. I walked out. Some other place will love to make money from my insurance. Only gave them one star because they had parking.

If I could rate them a 0 i would. Didn't walk into the place to received a bad experience. Called earlier to make an appointment at 4:45 which was ok, at 4:30 I called saying that I was stuck in traffic and that I would be there no later than 5:00pm, they said no problem, here until 6pm. When I walked into the place at 5:03pm it was too late, the lady I spoke to was there and confirm that she did speak to me and that it was ok to see me, the other attendant said she can do the paperwork but they won't be able to see me due to the fact that the therapist where working on their last clients. Never again, and I will be telling everyone to STAY AWAY from this place.

If I could give them no stars. I definitely would. They lied to me and told me they where covered and in network with my health insurance when they where not. Then the lady proceeded to tell me that in the state of New Jersey unlesss told stated otherwise on my car insurance policy they have to go through my car insurance. However it clearly says on my car insurance healthcare primary. Then she explained that it was ok for her to lie and say that they are covered in network under my healthcare. Do not trust anything that Monica and Stephanie tell you they are clearly not knowledgeable about healthcare insurance and coverage.

SportsMed Glen Rock is a GREAT place. I had surgery on my ankle and this place got me back to normal in no time!! The 2 ladies at the front desk Sam and Monica are Phenomenal!! Every time you walk in they make you feel welcomed and treat you like your part of the family from day one. Every question i had about my insurance they answered and took care of everything. The PT aidesTyler,Joe, Stephanie, Mikayla, Erika, Mike are very thorough in explaining every exercise and making sure you have all the equipment to get you in and out with no problems.I had the privilege to have the Team of Therapist work on me. Edelin, Chisako, Mike, And Will got me through my journey and feeling better then i ever did. I would recommend this place to anyone.Thank you SportsMed!!!

Hands down this Physical therapy office is the best office I've ever been to. I've had previous injuries and went to 3 previous places, never went back due to the lack of service. I do plan on coming here for all my injuries not that I'm hoping for some. This office works not just as a team but as a family and I feel that I became part of the family. The best part about it is that the secretaries will treat you with respect no matter what the age whether your younger or older they will help you as long as there capable. So if your looking for a PT office I recommend you stop what your doing and stop by Clifton Sports Med.

Went here after shoulder surgery and I have to say that the staff is excellent. Everyone from the physical therapists to the chiropractor are there to help you get to full strength, and I am happy to say that I regained full range of motion and am enroute to a full recovery.
