My two, now grown, sons and I have been coming here as needed for many years. They are my go to Physical Therapy facility. Everyone I’ve worked with from the therapists to the aids to the front desk staff couldn’t be nicer and work effortlessly to help you get everything in order from your doctor to your insurance so you can focus on your therapy/rehabilitation.

Strained a muscle in my back in early February and originally went to a different physical therapy place but didn’t see results. Tried ridgewood physical therapy and they used inventive and dynamic exercises that eventually healed my back. Been back in the gym for three months now and couldn’t be happier! Love this place!

I went to PT after a visit to my DR stating I could possible have a torn rotator cuff. I could not move shoulder over my head. after a few weeks of PT I now have full range of motion and no pain. Thank you from saving me from surgery.All therapist were very attentive and gentle.I highly recommend them.They were also very accommodating with my busy schedule.

Ridgewood Physical Therapy is the best. They have treated me following a couple of different injuries, and each time the experience was excellent. I came to Ridgewood PT to rehab my shoulder (I had surgery on my shoulder due to a torn labrum). I had started my rehab with a different physical therapist but the transition was smooth and flawless. The staff at Ridgewood PT (Jess, Maggie, and Michael) are both knowledgeable and sociable, creating a fun and personal environment. If you are seeking physical rehabilitation in the Bergen county area, this is the only place to go.

Ridgewood PT is one of the best rehab facilities in the area. I crawled in with a back injury and the staff was dedicated and committed to my needs. I am now in rehab for rotator cuff surgery. It has been a long rehab and I am more that happy with the results. I have regained my range of motion and strength back to my normal abilities. The physical therapists are knowledgeable, empathetic and understand their patients needs. The front desk is accommodating and always willing to work with you. Highly recommended!!

Coming in, I had knee pains for about two years. Not only did they solve these problems perfectly, but the staff there actually want to help, and can engage with the patients. There is a good vibe in Ridgewood PT, so people can enjoy while healing. They don’t charge much, have amazing employees, and their therapy solves problems!! I would recommend this place to anyone who feels any discomfort in the body; you will feel better
