ProFysio is a great experience from the front door to the work out floor. The staff is very helpful in every way. They make you feel like family rather then a client. They make a tough time in your life an experience that makes you feel confident and eager to push back to where you were before your injury. Therapists are knowledgeable and push you Kara is young positive energetic passionate therapist. I’m fortunate and glad to have chosen this rehab hands down the best around.

The Aberdeen facility is very nice and clean. It is an Excellent facility. They are wonderful. The front desk staff always make sure that I have future sessions scheduled and they are very accommodating when I need to reschedule if I have a conflict. All the doctors are great, especially Dr Kara. She always ask to make sure that none of the exercises aggravated my pain. Highly recommend them.

Hi i am Dolores Hanlon, When i had to start Physical Therapy it was new to me. Calling and making appointments with either Lynn or Rob was great. Very polite and accommodated me with my busy schedule. Dr. Kara treated me and is excellent! She explained everything starting treatment and exercises. She made me feel calm & relaxed. She is an expert in her field. Christine, Monica, Juan & Dan also guided me though exercises so i would be doing them correctly & answered any questions. All of them are genuinely polite, caring, pleasant, helpful and patient. As well as all the staff. Dr. Kara discharged me recently. I am happy to say i have no pain! Thank you all very much.. I had worked with Dr. Erik previously when I suffered stress fractures in my back from playing lacrosse and for TPI golf fitness. So when I suffered a sprained rib earlier this year from playing golf and my doctor said I would need to do physical therapy, the choice was easy. Dr. Erik and the rest of the staff at ProFysio were all extremely helpful and very friendly. I am now back to playing golf better than I was before. My experience was excellent and I would recommend ProFysio to anyone.

From my very first session Dr. Erica went over the reason for my problem; explained to me the treatment plan and course of action over the next few weeks. Since then I have worked with Dr. Erica, Cindy and others and they all are really nice people and very helpful. My experience at ProFysio was better than I could have expected. I have arthritis in my shoulders and did not think that there could be any relief from the pain. I was treated by each doctor who took time to understand my condition and answered all of my questions. They took time to help me understand my progress and teach me about things I can do at home to help. The receptionist Lynn is so accomodating and always helpful. The rehab techs who help the doctors are skilled and attentive. I felt very comfortable at ProFysio and never questioned my decision to drive to Aberdeen from Monroe to be treated there. Overall I felt that treatment at profysio went above and beyond

After completing ProFysio's physical therapy program, I have raced 3 times already with great results! All of the Doctors are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The staff is also efficient and pleasant. The atmosphere is welcoming..... even the patients get along and chat with one another. I have arthritis in my knees... one knee responded well to the therapy from the beginning, but the other one did not. Dr. Eric tried various techniques until he found the right treatment and now both knees are feeling MUCH better. The doctors and assistants give as much time is needed for each session and they do not worry about the clock. I HIGHLY recommend ProFysio Physical Therapy.

What brought me to profysio? In September I tore my rotator cuff, bicep and labrum not a complete tear but partials. I went to 2 doctors who both recommend PT, now in my 35 years of life I've been to 2 ( this being the 3rd) different PT places, and wasn't too happy with the other 2 places so I was determined to find the right PT for me. Which brings me to ProFysio, I called to schedule a meeting, spoke to Lynn who returned all of my calls, she is a very warm person and makes you feel right at home. The first thing I noticed is how bright the place is, it definitely lifts your spirits, especially if your feeling down due to injury. I met my therapist Dr. Nichole who showed me around and brought me in to her office for a consultation. She is extremely knowledgeable, down to earth and I immediately felt like I was in good hands. She has this perfect combination of compassion and tough love which believe me I need, and after the first session I found my self asking how can a girl so skinny be so strong. Now the best part of all this is your never alone, most places tell you "do 3 sets of 10 reps and they walk away." Not here someone is guiding you every step to make sure your form is correct plus Nichole is always watching. This is where I met Juan Kevin and Suri. Juan even went as far as getting on the ground with me to do push ups when I was strong enough to do them. He sensed I was timid and said come on we'll do them together. I did a total of 30 sessions of PT and through out all of those only once was I not with Nichole, and since she knew she was going to be out beforehand she introduced me to Dr Cherri, we went over what my protocol was and Dr Cherri worked on me for the day and I didn't miss a beat, I felt just as comfortable with her as Nichole. As I write this I have 2 more sessions remaining, my issues are much better, my arm has gotten stronger and I'm really gonna miss coming to PT and while I hope I never need PT again if I do at least I know where to go. p.s this place is about a good 20 miles from my house but we'll worth the drive

Dr. John is one of the most knowledgeable physical therapist I have ever met. I am an avid marathon runner running for the past 20 years and experienced my first running injury. Dr. John was extremely educated on the best treatment plan and I am happy to say after 5 sessions I am walking and running pain free. The staff from the front desk to exercise specialist take the time to know each patient and it is an extremely well run operation from the top to the bottom. From the first phone call to make an appointment I knew this was the place for me. From the front desk receptionist to each and every PT Dr. and PT assistant I knew I was in good hands. Questions were welcomed and the overall feeling of team work at this facility was apparent. You never sat idle waiting for instructions because everyone was engaged with you. Exercises were demonstrated and you were observed so that you were doing them correctly. My issue was resolved and I would recommend this facility to anyone. Upon "graduation" I received a print out of my exercises and the appropriate bands for my home exercise program which was a big surprise and something that will be very useful. I wish I could give more stars!

I'm also very fortunate that my doctor recommended ProFysio for my rehab. From the moment I called to setup an appointment, I've been treated with the upmost respect and courtesy. Lynn and Rob at the front desk are great and can help organize visits based on your schedule. Dr. Lily has been my main PT from the beginning. I have nothing but good things to say about her. I wouldn't be able to walk now if it wasn't for her. She is personable, down to earth and cares about all her patients. She has the expertise to treat any injury - from minor to severe (like in my case). I've also worked with other PTs at the office. Every one of them (Cindy, Erica, Cara) have helped me progress and work to get my ability back. When life gives you an injury, you have no choice but to work towards getting better. ProFysio is the best PT center I have been lucky to work with. I have gone to many PT locations, including NYC, since 2004. The staff here, from the moment you walk through the door to when the PTTech fetches you to start your therapy, to the many doctors that work here are absolutely wonderful, compassionate, caring, well-educated, knowledgeable (from their experience with past clients) and kind. I have continued to recommend ProFysio to those I meet who are in need of therapy, and will continue to return here as long as I need to heal my body. I have been coming here since 2013. I finished treatment shortly after, but returned in 2018 & 2019 when my doctor advised me to start therapy in preparation for hip & knee replacements. And I continue to received treatment for post op surgery. I wish ProFysio much success since I feel clients and myself have gotten better with every visit. ProFysio Physical Therapy is not your typical physical therapy place. The second you enter the door, you are greeted by Lynn and Robert who make you feel like you are the most important person. They are always happy to see you and make you feel like the patient is the most important person. All of the doctors and techs are no different. Everything is about the patient. You usually work with one specific doctor during your time, but somehow every person that works there knows you by name. It is really like being part of a family and makes going to therapy something to look forward to. The treatment is wonderful as they customize every day's exercises to your needs and based on how you are feeling. It is not a place where you will go and do the exact same every day or feel like you are not getting better. They truly want you to get better and don't rush you to do so. They understand that you will have good and bad days and adjust treatment accordingly. There really isn't enough to say about how wonderful this place is. I would recommend it for anyone looking for physical therapy. In addition, they also offer acupuncture and will also tell you if they recommend it for you and if your benefits cover it. You will never want to be done with therapy because going there truly puts a bright spot in your day especially when you are in pain!

This is a wonderful facility ! They take pride in their care for their patients. Every therapist on their team does an excellent job in treatment and education to their patients to ensure they are getting the best treatment possible. Lynn is exceptional, she makes sure that my mother (who had a knee replacement surgery) gets safely to and from their office. Lynn dots every "I" and crosses every "T" in follow-up with me. My mother could not be happier with the care she is receiving, and has wonderful things to say every time she comes home from therapy. The fact that they provide transportation for my mother who is unable to drive right now, is just an additional major A+++ to their exceptional service. I do not work close to home so transportation was a major factor in getting her their and home safely. I strongly recommend ProFysio Physical Therapy !! Kudos to everyone on the staff at ProFysio Physical Therapy, you are all a fabulous group of people !!

This time I had undergone neck surgery in February, and had a wait a long time before I was able to start P/T. Now I do not do reviews, but I feel I need to comment on this facility. They are very professional, and extremely caring of their patients. The knowledge in helping patients of various age groups recover based on my observations, is Amazing! You get the feeling that you're being treated by a concerned friend or family member, not just by a highly skilled Physical Therapist. I usually wait until I am done using services before I leave a review and this time was no different. I went there for just under a year. The staff was as concerned about my rehab on the last day as they were on the first. Of you do what they say you will see the results and if you don't, well you'll see the results. The entire staff is knowledgeable, pleasant, and you know every moment they are there to help you get better. They try to schedule you with the same Therapist if you prefer it and their hours of operation make it easy to do just that. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

While I still have good days and bad days, the PT I've received from ProFysio (Aberdeen) has made such a huge impact in my recovery. Each one possessing a special technique of their own that has truly made a difference in my therapy sessions. Kara has a special technique that helps with my neck, and has turned that over to Cindy. I've been working with Cindy now for the last few months and can honestly say, she has made a great difference in my recovery. I've learned so much about how to care for myself with the limitations I now have. Lynn, Dan and the other assistants make me feel so at home. As soon as you enter the office, the staff begin the appointment by greeting you with your name. They are extremely personable and pleasant at the front desk, and all of the staff are kind and helpful - it's a personal place where you truly feel helped and assisted. I started last year to regain strength and balance, and have returned this year for additional help for my shoulder. While in a session, the therapists are accommodating and make you feel at ease with your exercises; they assist you with any and all help while learning about the exercises and stretches. They truly make you feel like family upon entering the center and when in the exercise setting. As a male in my 50s who still participates in sports as if he is still 18, I have had a knee injury, an ankle injury, and surgeries to relieve pain in my shoulder and to repair a torn bicep tendon, all within the past 4 years. However, the bright spot in all of this is the excellent treatment I have received at ProFysio Physical Therapy in Aberdeen. All of the therapists, as well as the assistants and front desk staff, are very caring, professional, knowledgeable, and have helped me to recover from each issue in a timely manner. There is no time wasted during the therapy session - it is very well monitored throughout by the therapists and the staff. I was in a horrible accident and was recommended to this location and let me say I wouldn’t pick a better place . Cindy is the most amazing person I have ever worked with. Even though everyone is amazing there. I came in falling apart and in less then three months I feel like I am 85% back to my normal. Everyone here works closely with you and respect your time here. They are very friendly and by far the most respectful and understanding pt I have ever attended. If you want to get back to your normal life I highly recommend this location without a doubt

Had an auto accident and needed physical therapy. Since I am local to ProFysio and knew they had a good reputation I chose them for my treatments. Dr. Cherry (her first name) worked with me these past few weeks with other members of the staff who were attentive and helpful during the process. I have one more week to go out of the 4 weeks and I feel much better, no more vertigo from my concusion and the pain in my neck, back and shoulder have all buy gone. My name is Cathy; I am in my 70's. In November I had surgery that fused my entire lumbar spine. A few months later that was complicated by a hernia operation. Needless to say I was concerned about pain and the outlook for my future. Today is my last session at Profysio and, because of their help, the quality of my life and my plans for the future have dramatically improved. Therapy at Profysio is not just a set of exercises. The staff took the time to review my medical files in detail as well as my past medical history. Lillian's evaluation was one of the most thorough physical exams I have ever received. Her explanation of how muscles and joints interact and why pain is felt where it is felt, helped me understand what my therapy would accomplish. A program was then developed to address my specific needs. Lillian helped me a lot through her encouragement and advice. She closely monitored my progress. All of the therapists have advanced degrees in physical therapy. Beyond having technical knowledge, the staff is friendly, courteous, caring, and most of all encouraging. The therapists listened to me and got to know me personally. I never felt rushed as they patiently explained the need for the exercises I was doing. The manipulation of my muscles and joints helped me improve every day. Before my operations I was an active gym member. Now that I have finished my physical therapy sessions, I feel stronger and more flexible, along with having better balance and endurance. I am looking forward to going back to the gym and starting the exercise routine Lillian has helped me set up. I am most grateful to Lillian and the entire staff for giving me back a positive outlook for the future.

Great experience at ProFysio in Matawan especially with Dr. Kara!! Everyone on the staff is warm, friendly and caring and will adapt your treatment based on your individual needs. They are extremely accommodating with scheduling and making sure all the PTs understand where you are at in your progress in order to help you achieve your goals. Thanks to them I was able to make a speedy recovery on a surgery that at first felt like the end of my life! (Dramatic yes, but that’s what surgery feels like). Lenny, John and Lily have ALWAYS been sensitive, not only to my pain situation, but to my total well-being. I went here on my wife's recommendation. I liked my previous PT very much, but was open to trying this one because my wife loved the treatment she received. My experience was great. The staff was kind, friendly, and enjoyable to be around; and they were also very competent. The previous therapy I got for a groin injury consisted of a repetitive regiment at each visit. At ProFysio, the treatment progressed, moving through more advanced exercises as I improved. What a difference! Since I completed my treatment 2 months ago, I have not kept up with my at-home exercises. But I recently played soccer and zero issue with my groin. Such a relief! I highly recommend ProFysio.

I must admit I was a bit of a skeptic about physical therapy. I realized my impression of PT was all wrong after my initial evaluation and physical exam with Dr. Lenny. Everytime I come here, I'm greeted by the most welcoming staff. I have been to many different physical therapy practices over the last decade and this is the only one that will work with you, at your own pace. They have no problem exceeding the hour of the treatment if that is the pace you work at. I have been coming multiple times a week and this is definitely worth the 35 minute drive. There are obviously much closer practices but those facilities aren't on the same standard as Pro Fysio. I have and will continue to recommend this to my friends and family.
