That is, until it's time to get down to business, whereupon she becomes a pitiless, steely-eyed dispenser of the tough love you need to fix your problem. If you're in the market for PT, stop looking. Karen Elias was my Physical Therapist when I had a total hip replacement in 2016. She is absolutely the best Physical Therapist that has ever treated me. She was always prepared with a plan for each session that would help me to get stronger and more mobile without the assistance of the walker or the cane very early in my treatment and a plan that would lead to a full recovery. She challenged and encouraged me to do more in each session in order to regain strength. Karen is compassionate and extremely passionate about her work. I recommend her highly.

Before going to Pivotal I tried another PT which I was disappointed with. As I search the internet I found Pivotal. I would recommend Pivotal to anyone needing PT. From the time you walk into the office and get greeted by the receptionist Maureen to the time you leave you are immersed in a warm friendly environment. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. If you want to work hard and see results, the Physical Therapists here are knowledgeable and great to work with. The office is spacious and has private rooms. I worked with Karen Elias a few years ago and very happy to be working with her again.
