DESCRIPTION

You will be able to see all the reviews of real people who consumed the services and products of North Jersey Pro Rehab (Physiotherapist) in the state of New Jersey.

Right now the firm has a score of 4.1 stars over 5 and that rating has been based on 9 reviews.

As you can see the average of ratings that it reaches is positive, and it's based on a more or less high of feddbacks, so the score is rationally credible, although it doesn't have a enough number of assessments to confer it absolute reliability.

As you know, we do not usually bother to give feddbacks when these are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...

This Physiotherapist is classified in the category of Physical therapist.

North Jersey Professional Rehabilitation - Chris Hayden & Matt Kern I can't say enough. This is not your typical "big box" retailer with offices everywhere. This is more typical of you local "mom & pop" shop. The service (treatment) is very specialized and personal. They really do take an interest in you as a person. You are not just another client. What helped me make my decision was the call back from Liz after my surgery. Liz took an interest in my surgery and eventual rehabilitation. The first time I met Chris I felt incredibly comfortable with his demeanor, knowledge of surgical practices and procedures and a sincere interest in my recovery. I never once felt like I was going through the motions and may eventually recover. I had complicated shoulder surgery and have every confidence in a complete recovery. I would be remiss if I did not mention the auxiliary staff as well. Everyone acts as if they have a vested interest and contributes to the organizational duties.

The owner and primary Physical Therapist of this facility, Christopher Hayden, is a knowledgeable professional. However, you will only see him at your first visit and occasionally thereafter. Some of the other physical therapists in the office are good at their jobs, however, others are not. This office also has a policy of charging a $50 missed appointment fee if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice. While I understand the importance of keeping your appointments and the fact that missed appointments cost the facility money when not given adequate time to fill those time slots with other patients, exceptions should always be made in case of emergency. My husband was recently charged the missed appointment fee when he had to cancel with less than 24 hours notice on account of severe illness. He ended up having to go for a chest x-ray and was diagnosed with a lung infection. This office still chose to charge him a total of $100 for two consecutively cancelled appointments as a direct result of this illness.

I could not possibly give a higher reccomendation. Not only were my surgeon and My PCP surprised at how much progress I made so fast the entire staff were some of the nicest people I have ever met

Caring people that do everything to ensure the best possible recovery possible.

I have been to this facility a few times for various injuries and found this place to be very professional, knowledgeable, and VERY accommodating with my schedule. The standard of care provided is second to none. I would, and have, recommended this place to my friends and family. The staff is very personable and thorough from your initial visit until you are fully healed.

Have been here several times for different injuries over the past few years and so have both my parents and my brother. We all love the owner, Chris Hayden, and find him to be very caring, knowledgeable, and professional, as we have found all the rest of his staff to be as well. Everyone in my family who has been to North Jersey Pro Rehab always highly recommend them to others.

Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't have picked a better place.

Can you give 0 stars. First I went for a few visits and never went back again. This place is a meat market cramming so many patients in that one therapist cannot treat you properly. The owner was holding court rather than treating patients. He was also telling patients about other patients injuries and diagnosis, which I think is against federal law. I was very uncomfortable as an older woman because this place seems to be a boys club where the owner holds court. When he wasn't sharing the personal information of patients he was lecturing everyone with his political views. I never went back and moved to Sports Care where I was treated with respect.
