Honestly 5 stars aren't enough for this place. Nima is a FANTASTIC Physical therapist, and everyone in her staff is a kind & caring person. They genuinely care about how their patients are doing, and that can be felt during each visit. On top of this, she helped me fix a painful knee injury in no time at all. The injury had lasted for about 4 months, and had immediately dropped my running mileage from 50-60 miles/week to 2 miles (+ a limp). Within the first 3 visits, I was floored by how much better I felt. By the end of the month, I was back in training. Obviously, these timelines tend to differ for each person, but I can't imagine anyone regretting turning to Apex Physical Therapy for help!

What a great experience I had with Dr. Nima and Apex PT. She has a wealth of knowledge and offers a personal touch. She went out of her way to call me at work after reviewing my past MRI's instead of waiting until my consultation. Amazing! I have been several physical therapists in my life, but I've never had incredible overall experiences like I've consistently had at APEX! From the first phone call making an appointment, through the PT and the PT Aides, everyone in the clinic is not only professional, highly-knowledgeable and trained and incredibly kind, but by the second visit they knew my name and remembered the specifics of my injuries. , I was "not just another patient"...they actually CARE! Dr. Patel took the time to thoroughly assess my situation based on determining what the movements were in the first place that resulted in injury. With that info, in combination with my limited mobility and pain...she was able to determine and FIX the problem all without a single milligram of ibuprofen or steroids !! I recently had physical therapy for a painful rotator cuff injury and selected Apex Rehab in Old Bridge because of its good reviews, convenient location and after work hours. It was easy to make an appointment. Nima Patel, the owner, worked wonders with my shoulder and I regained most of my range of motion. Her passion for helping her patients and her quest to stay on top of developments in the field was evident. Not only is she an excellent physical therapist, but Nima and her team are professional, punctual, friendly, attentive and engaging. Typical recovery time is about 12 months, Nima did a great job outlining the process and setting realistic expectations. Nonetheless, whenever I saw my personal Dr he was impressed with my progress. I've worked with many physical therapists in my life, but Dr. Nima Patel is by far one of the most attentive and thoughtful I've ever known. Nima has an relaxed presence, underscored by a determination to get her patients out of pain. She is receptive and communicative: she asks the right questions, and listens to what her patients have to say. She works with her patients to ensure both their comfort and progress. Nothing is too easy, nothing too hard. Nima's practice is private and personal. I've never seen more than 3 patients in her office at one time—though I'm typically there alone or with one other person for a portion of my session. Although I have sometimes had to share her attention with another patient, Nima is a deft multi-tasker. Nima's scheduling is flexible enough for 9-5ers and college students. Her team is very friendly, and her practice is bright and quiet. A brief warning to new patients: Nima's always got snacks out: fruit, nuts, chocolates, etc.

The individual attention you get at Apex is unmatched in comparison with other physical therapy locations, which makes a big difference. I. Attended about 5 weeks of PT with Dr. Nina Patel. My conversation with Anntoniette to schedule an appointment made me feel I was with the right people. I was seen within a few days, no long wait, and felt comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. Dr. Patel is caring and professional. She cares about your physical health and well being.
