My experience here was outstanding, in all respects. Wait time was minimal, as was setting up appointments - no long waits! the facility is well well kept, and the doctor I saw was genuinely concerned and thoroughly understood my problem during my first visit, with treatment that has already helped in my feeling far better. Worth noting is that as an avid athlete/cyclist, the doctor and staff found a perfect balance and understanding of my desire to resume cycling quickly, yet cautious enough to keep my healing a priority. Their concern was a perfect balance of my physical improvement along with an understanding of my eagerness to return to working out and training, all while remaining aware of other health concerns. I have been so impressed that I will be returning for another, unrelated issue.

Excellent staff. They're all very knowledgable, and my injury is improving. My only complaint is that it is impossible to cancel or reschedule via phone or online. I called and waited for 20 minutes to just reschedule, and I got tired of waiting so I hung up without rescheduling. The second time I tried i left a voice message, and never got a call back. Online is a slight improvement.

This place and their doctors should not be trusted. It's a fantastic business model and they make a lot of money but they are not effective. The doctor will see you and within a few minutes and little observation of your problems they send you to their own physical therapy center where the real money is made.

I’ve had a great experience at All Sports PT. The Physical Therapists, the aids, the staff, everyone has been friendly and helpful. They listen to what I’m telling them and they ask lots of questions to find out the best way to help me recover. The exercises they’ve taught me on my path to recovery will definitely help me in the gym once I’m back to full strength.

Everyone works hard to help whatever hurts. Only issue is that I never know which therapist will be there. There needs to be continuity. Also, therapists should be able to take time off when sick.

I love All Sports Physical Therapy very much. I went there after my ACL surgery with Dr. Popovitz. The place is nice and cozy, but the most important is friendly and caring staff that wants you to succeed and recover. Thank u so much for support throughout my recovery. U well deserve a 5 star!

Be careful with this place!!! they lied and sent me a big bill! when i called to ask if they accepted my insurance plan, they said "yes, your insurance covers 60 sessions." i didn't do half of those sessions, not even close! then, i got a big bill as they said they are out of network. so they charged my insurance allowance and it exceeded it. i had to pay for a first consultation and the exceeding sessions. the billing department supervisor is extremely rude and said i shouldn't have signed a waiver. don't trust this place and their staff. stay away from this place. there are much better (and honest) places in new york!
