I am an avid runner and had been unable to run more than 4 miles 2-3 times per week for nearly 18 months until I decided to check this place out (my last half marathon was April 2014). I cycled through various Chiros and Physical Therapists with no luck. When I had my first appointment with Dr. Lovelace, I immediately got that "this person KNOWS what I'm talking about and can fix me" feeling and the rest is History. It's only been about 7 weeks since I started getting help here and yesterday I ran 12 miles and can't wait for the Maine Half Marathon in a couple of weeks. I also thought I would never be able to run a full marathon again already and was ready to accept that as fact and move on to swimming or something else that I don't enjoy just as much as running. At 29, this was a depressing thought lol. Stop wasting your time and get help from the best - you'll quickly forget about the dark days... Also, make sure you do your homework if they give you Pilates exercises or other exercises - they help prevent what landed you there in the first place.

Dr. Lovelace and her entire staff are caring, conscientious people, dedicated to getting people better so they can enjoy life. I particularly appreciate the sports science approach to chiropractic care, vs the spiritual approach. And every athlete (every person, really) needs a good soft-tissue person, and they've got several here, providing everything from relaxing massage to tortuous ART and Graston sessions. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for chiropractic or soft-tissue care.

Dr Brown and the staff are fantastic. Great with scheduling and attention to detail. They allow me to continue doing activities that I enjoy - weights, running and Spartan races.

I had the pleasure to work with all of the wonderful staff members and providers at Seacoast Spine & Sports Injuries Clinic. Dr. Tamara Lovelace is at the top of her field and her list of accomplishments are astounding including working with the US Olympics! Dr. Lovelace and Dr. Erica Brown are the best chiropractors in the state. All of the staff members are truly passionate about helping their patients achieve their athletic and wellness goals, whether it be a fantastic massage by Emily Eames, LMT or a invigorating Pilates class with Ana Cardoso. I HIGHLY recommend them. Seacoast Spine & Sports Injuries Clinic is your one stop shop for optimal fitness and wellness.

I went to Seacoast Spine & Sports Injuries Clinic with a multitude of new and old injuries that had evolved into some pretty nasty knee and lower back pain. I was starting to become concerned that maybe my running days were limited. I made an appointment to see Dr. Brown and she patiently listened to all of my aliments and after a very in-depth exam we put together a pretty detailed care plan. Following her plan of visits and strength training exercises I am feeling 1000% better and now training for a Marathon. Dr. Brown and the staff at Seacoast have worked beyond my expectations to make my schedule and my insurance coverage work for me. They are always patient with my questions and are willing to explain care and benefits to me. I have no reservations about referring all of my friends and family to Seacoast. They also have a killer Pilates teacher and some fabulous massage therapists as well.

I came here for physical therapy and the Therapist I saw was great. She took her time with me . No rushing. The way she approaches her job makes a lot of sense. It is different from any P.T. I have ever been to.

Dr. Lovelace is extremely knowledgeable and it is immediately obvious upon meeting her that she is an expert in her field. She has a great bed side manner and explains why issues are happening in addition to focusing on treatment. I saw her for issues relating to plantar fasciitis and lower back pain and she was able to treat them effectively. Dr. Lovelace was also more than understanding and caring when I expressed anxiety/fear over chiropractic adjustments. She allayed my fears by detailing what she was doing step by step during my initial adjustment, and also by modifying the treatment plan, while still making sure it addressed my issues. Lastly, I cannot end the review without mentioning that the entire staff is extremely professional and courteous. I recommend this establishment highly.
