I have been a patient of Dover PT on and off for the last 3 years having had a variety of sports injuries which Matt has helped me recover from. I love that he is a solo practice. I have been to other large PT offices where you are treated like a number, alternating between various OT and PT's at every visit. Based on his excellent recommendations for strengthening and injury prevention, I have not had to see him in many months. I have sent many friends and family to his practice and they have been delighted as well. My only regret is that I didn't start seeing him sooner! If I could give a higher than 5 star rating I would! You will not be disappointed.

I cannot express how thankful I am that an employee recommended Matt Carrico to me in passing. She called him a “miracle worker” and I fully agree with her. We work at an office, spending most of our time in front of a computer screen, typing. I have been at my current job for over 7 years and this year I found that I was having major numbness and pain in both hands / wrists that just kept getting worse and worse. I talked to colleagues and was told I should get the operation for carpel tunnel which I really did not want to go through. Instead I tried physical therapy and in the beginning I was unsure that it would really do the trick. After several weeks of therapy, 2x a week, Matt asked me if I thought I would need the surgery or not and at that time I said “yes” as I was still suffering some numbness and pain, especially in the mornings…. However, I did not give up and continued with the PT and I absolutely cannot believe that I have no more pain, numbness or any other discomforts that go along with carpel tunnel. I sleep with my hands all curled up and when I wake up I have absolutely no numbness… It has been several weeks since PT and I am still completely pain free. I am completely impressed and recommend Matt 100% - you have my guarantee that he can help you. Next up, my ankles…
