A year ago today I was in a motor vehicle accident on rt 495 in Haverhill Ma, I suffered a severe disc injury to C6/C7 in my lower neck , I Lost feeling and Dexterity in my left arm face and hand , The team at Body Wise treated me as if I was a injured family member . Between surgery I had to remove the disc at Seacoast Orthopedics & Sports Medicine and the rehab I have received from Body Wise I am now back to work, taking it slow but getting better with the care they are giving. Great independent physical therapy facility with knowledgeable and competent therapists. I presented my symptoms to Ryan, including pain level @ "9" out of a scale 0-10. he did an assessment, discussed possible conditions, explained the situation and options for treatment. He developed a plan of treatment/exercises and implemented it and reassessed periodically and adjusted the plan depending on my subjective complaints of pain and his objective assessment of range of motion, swelling etc...Return to full function was attained with in the time frame he anticipated. No further issues, I continue the prescribed exercises and have ZERO pain. Very satisfied with the outcome and number of PT visits needed.

I have been to other physical therapist in the past and can honestly say there is no comparison. Dr. Justin is OUTSTANDING! He is passionate about helping people feel better, and is trained in many areas to give his clients more options to achieve the best possible outcome. After an accident at work, I was suffering from a rotated vertebrae in the middle of my back. It was causing multiple issues from lifting my arms, rotating my head and even breathing! I was referred to Body wise from a friend who had been working with Ryan for some back issues. Upon my first visit I was educated about my specific symptoms and what was causing them and how we would develop a plan to get me back to good. I immediately felt like I was going to be well cared for. The team at Bodywise Physical Therapy made my treatment very easy and without extra stress. Along with office visits working on the best equipment and personal care. Ryan set me up with everything I needed to get stronger. He provided me with printed out material for stretches and resistance bands so I could work at home as well. Setting appointments was very easy and there were even times when Ryan was unavailable to see me, I was able to see Karen. With their amazing team work and record keeping Karen was able to treat me as if she had been working on my treatment plan all along. The team at Bodywise Physical Therapy is deticatde to being the best!

I had about three months of therapy sessions with Dr. Justin for migraine headaches, as well as near chronic pain in my neck and shoulder. I came to Bodywise out of desperate attempt to avoid endless doctor visits, MRIs, and surgery, for a shoulder injury that persisted for months. After weeks of painful, sleepless nights, and waking up with numb fingers I decided to try PT first, before the "traditional" route of seeing my primary care physician. I am so glad I did. After only 3 visits with Doc Justin I'm getting a full night's sleep and waking up pain free. I am so impressed with his blend of healing modalities (dry needling, Graston, manipulation) and the effectiveness of his prescribed (and simple) at-home exercises that I had to take the time to write a review. Doc Justin immediately assessed my pain, mobility issues, and took into consideration the physical work I do (groundskeeper) and came up with a plan that we began implementing on day one. It only took a few visits to feel a remarkable improvement and I can honestly say my condition is 80-90% better in just two weeks. Doc Justin is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and committed to helping people get back to a pain-free state of being. Do the simple exercises he prescribes - they really work! I have so much gratitude for being able to SLEEP through the night, pain free! YAY! I'm also grateful that there was no hassle using my insurance for these visits. I highly recommend you try BODYWISE in Epping, NH before surgery really does become your only option.

I've seen both Karen and Justin here, and they are both fantastic. They really listen to you and work within your constraints. They give you manageable exercises that you can do at home, at work, or even in the car. Everyone is positive - you can tell as soon as you walk in the door. I have been seeing them for PT and dry needling for my fibromyalgia, and nothing I have ever done to help my fibro has helped as much as these two!
