I've been having chiropractic treatment with Dr. Pete on and off since he started with AITC and every time I receive an adjustment I feel so much better. He knows his "stuff" and it's not a "one size fit all adjustment" as I've had in the past with other centers. He has many tools in his tool chest and knows what an individual needs to move better and achieve their physical goals. He has a plan for his patients based on their needs.

I highly recommend visiting Dr. Pete for any treatment needs. I see Dr. Pete for chiropractic care, specifically for treatment on my feet and legs. Prior to having Dr. Pete recommended to me I spent over two years seeing specialists throughout New England, including every doctor at the MGH foot and ankle clinic in an attempt to figure out what was wrong and get some relief. No one was able to help me until I saw Dr. Pete - on my first visit he listened to my issues, deduced the problem and was able to provide fantastic treatment. Dr Pete at AITC is THE best treatment Dr on this planet. I drive about 1 hour (each way) to see Dr Pete. He is a magician when it comes to any type of soft tissue injury, disability and or recovery. He is an absolute awesome human and a gift from heaven for all of us. If you are having a problem with your body...on any level...Dr Pete should be your first stop. I have had many good Dr's be able to tell me what my problem is but not be able to work on it or fix it. Dr Pete has a gift for this. Dr Pete gets to the root of the problem very quickly and is not afraid to get in and work on it. I wish I had a dollar for every time I told someone...."Go see Dr Pete." Brian listened to me and then created a plan to alleviate the pain. I had my last appointment today as my foot is 99% back to normal and I have an ongoing exercise plan to keep it normal. I was referred to AITC after straining my left MCL. The initial one hour appointment with Brian was very thorough. He assessed the injury, capabilities in range of motion and quickly established a recovery-strength program. Not only did he help heal the injury, he helped me build strength and mobility in the left hip, IT band and ankle to prevent further arch collapse, decline and future knee injuries. In my first few visits, I would describe my pain level as 2-3 out of 5. After 8 weeks, I had little to no pain in the knee. Brian's knowledge and strength program helped get me back to my daily work and cycling activities without pain, and feeling stronger post injury. I highly recommend AITC . Their entire staff is friendly, approachable, extremely knowledgeable and very professional.

He has helped me recover from four spine surgeries and one badly sprained ankle. Brian is knowledgeable, kind, and very encouraging. About 6 months post lower back surgey, I was still in a lot of pain. Previous PT at another practice did not help, and at times cuased additonal issues. Based on referrals and testimonals, I tried PT again at AITC. I noticed immediate relief after first visit. My provider (Mark Hall) was very much the reason. His knowledge of body mechanics combined with his willingness to be hands on ensured I was doing the right excercise, with the right form. After 12 weeks the differnece is night and day. Highly reccomend, even if you think PT wont help - I wish I went to them first.

Over the last several years as a distance runner, my Achilles tendons had become increasingly tighter and chronically inflamed, no matter what I did. When I came in to see Mark Hall upon the recommendation of a friend, I was HOPING he could help me, but wasn't really sure if my injuries were too chronic to reverse. At the initial evaluation, he didn't simply assess my Achilles, but looked at all of my imbalances of strength and flexibility. As we progressed, he also addressed the balance and stability issues that affected my running gait as well. At the beginning of treatment, I was at 3% dorsiflexion on my right ankle and 10% on my left, whereas normal range of motion is 20%. Just over 3 months later, I am at 20% dorsiflexion in both ankles, and have much more flexibility and strength from my core to the ground. Running doesn't have to be painful! So grateful to have discovered AITC!
