I was EXTREMELY GLAD that Dr Balsiger & Jennifer Walsh(My Neurologists @ Las Vegas Neurology Center) referred Me To FYZICAL Therapy! I was greeted with a Warm Smile & "Good Morning" from Stephanie(the Receptionist) who also assisted Me on what I needed(Paperwork)-Then I was called in by Dr Landon Cook(The Director) who was VERY PROFESSIONAL & COURTEOUS! He took the time & patience to evaluate my condition & answered any questions that I had. The Establishment was Very Clean & Neat with Lots of Equipment to aid the patients. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FYZICAL Therapy for anyone who needs assistance in getting well!

I had a prescription from my neurosurgeon to participate in this balance therapy program after he removed a tumor from my spine that affected my balance. Several therapists at FYZICAL provided excellent instructions as I went through a series of balance tests while I walked while in a harness attached to a track in the ceiling. I went through 4 weeks of therapy 3 times a week before graduating from the balance therapy program. This program is an outstanding program that significantly improved my balance by walking on a variety of surfaces that had a wide range of hardness conditions. I wholeheartedly recommend this balance improvement program to anyone who has balance problems while standing or walking.

Location #2.. while Dr. James was great (he's the ONLY reason for the second star) once again they did not have my records on my injuries,. They never sent for them although I signed release forms weeks ago.. once again was being treated by people who had no clue to my injuries or why I was even there... And today there were only clinicians, no doctor no supervisor of any kind.. I fired this location, and this company for a second time.

Took my wife. They started physical therapy without looking at X-ray. They hurt her back really bad. She stopped going and I set her up with Doctor Peoples and had an MRI done. He said it will take about six to 12 months to heal.
