I have had the pleasure of attending PTSR several times for different injuries I have had. Not only do they make you feel welcome the make you feel so much better!! The do a great job there and I would never go to any other place to do physical therapy. They are extremely professional and know exactly what needs to be done to get you healed. The only thing I can say bad about the people there is that you end up liking them so much you don't want to leave...Thanks PTSR for everything you have done for me..You get five stars from me for sure!!!!

I've been going to PTSR off and on for the better part of 15 years for back pain to surgery rehab. Would not go anywhere else. The staff works as a team in their care so everyone's expertise is part of your treatment as needed. I have always had my condition improved or resolved. Go here!

Absolutely GREAT experience. The staff of PTSR were extremely diligent in the rehabilitation of both my hip and both knee replacements. They work very hard to return you as close to "original" as possible. The atmosphere is friendly, cordial and professional in every respect. Thank you so much for your help and rehabilitation. I strongly recommend PTSR to anyone wishing a great experience with rehab.

I have had great experiences at PTSR. The entire staff-- including the ladies at the front desk, the PTs, PTAs, OTs, and rehab techs-- display upmost professionalism and genuinely care about their patients. They provided a great environment for rehab with a large gym area with a social environment for exercises, as well as small patient rooms for privacy. The therapists all have great relationships with the physicians in the area which helps to ensure top of the line patient care. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anybody in the Hastings area!

All the staff are knowledgeable and experienced. You are met at reception with smiles. So far I haven't had to wait or been ignored. All the therapists are hands on and give individual care. The staff are fun and interested in you. The execises and stretches are developed specific for your condition. I would recommend PTSD to anyone.

PTSR is the longest standing and most experienced clinic in the area and I personally have referred orthopedic patients since one of the oldest therapists came to Hastings. I have personally been treated by several of their therapists and they all have been very professional and helpful in all of my experiences. The supportive staff is friendly, professional and always pleasant in their patient interactions! I strongly recommend them for your many types of therapy needs!

My name is Becky and I have been to PTSR on 2 different occasions for rehab on both my knees. I have never met a bunch of people who are as professional, considerate, and helpful as the group that works at PTSR. They all make rehab fun and enjoyable even when you are going through the pain in trying to heal. I don't have 1 bad thing to say about any of them. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!!
