I just walked up a flight of stairs easily, with no pain or discomfort, and in February and May of this year I had both hips replaced to correct bone on bone deterioration. By the grace of God, I was referred to Ryan who has proved to be an extraordinary facilitator of my very remarkable recovery. I was literally a little old lady in a walker, better following surgeries, but not able to walk with out my walker. My healing process with Ryan was quite personalized. Each session has been the perfect next step, based on my feedback, progress and his wise assessment of what was needed next. I have regained vitality, enthusiasm, mobility and strength, and I am profoundly grateful. I had a chronic pain in my back/hip area for as long as I can remember .It was not related to my hip deterioration and thus was thus not resolved by my surgeries. I can now say because of my PT, I do not have this pain. On a scale of one to one hundred, the value and impact of this is150. I am awed that this has unfolded and grateful. Ryan has started taking me to the gym and I am being effectively transitioned into a workable understanding and ability to move into "regular" exercises. Ryan is a remarkable practitioner and commendable person. I am impressed in general with the quality of the PT staff at Lakeside who I have been able to observe through my time in therapy. There is good heart here as well as excellence. The wonderful staff who welcome me and who have handled scheduling and related concerns are lovely, responsive and patient. I am glad to be able to give this recommendation as my work at Lakeside with Ryan had been a profound blessing giving me a quality of life, and ability to self heal that I have never had before.
