Devin is a miracle worker! I injured my back on my FIRST run of the ski season, and after it didn't heal itself in a couple of weeks, I decided it was time for some professional help. Devin really took her time in understanding my injury and how it was impacting my day-to-day. She did a TON of hands-on work, and gave me strategic exercises to do on my own between sessions. She was great about explaining what was going on and helping me bring awareness to my body and ways I could adjust my movement and posture to support healing. After a few weeks, I was back to my old self. I can't recommend Devin highly enough!

Devin really gets to know and understand your body and how your lifestyle effects it. After just one visit, the work that Devin did increased the range of motion in my knee tremendously and relieved some of the chronic pain I experience with walking and doing stairs.
