Jamie was pivotal in helping our daughter who is a gymnast recover from a knee injury and her approach helped our daughter understand the importance of muscle balance to stay healthy. Jamie has also walked me through some of the underlying causes of my nagging injuries and has tailored specific exercises and stretches to assist in my recovery. I would highly recommend Jamie and Endurance Physio.

After breaking my leg, it has been wonderful how my therapist was able to understand my athletic goals and push me in an informed way to be on track for recovery. Anya has addressed several of my other issues alongside the obvious problems to help me to be stronger in general and to return to activities that I had not been able to do pain free for years. It's nice to know that the full staff have my needs covered. Hillary was super on top of navigation of my insurance coverage and I have been able to rely on Jamie's skills and training for some specific and acute issues in the past. I'd recommend EP to anyone with issues from the acute to someone who just needs a tune-up to be at their best.

Dislocating my shoulder was apparently an initiation in to the shoulder club. It turns out there are no shortage of people in the community who have shoulder problems, and those that I talked to all had their own recommendations for clinics in town. I chose to work with the women at Endurance Physio and have not once second guessed my decision. Jamie has been amazing. She welcomes questions and her answers to mine illustrated her deep knowledge base. Despite this, she continued to seek out the latest research to help inform my rehab plan which I appreciate. Jamie has an ability to push her patients without putting them at risk of setback, and has taken a holistic approach in my rehab. As a result, I'll leave physical therapy stronger than I was before my injury. Like many, I'm an active person with athletic goals that were temporarily derailed, so it's an added bonus to build strength while healing. The atmosphere at the clinic is casual but professional. Dealing with paperwork and insurance seems like a nightmare, but somehow Hilary has streamlined it all and is still cheerful whenever I see her. And the open layout means I get to swap notes with my father-in-law while Anya works on his shoulder! Injuries are a drag, and I hope that I can keep them at bay. But in the event that I find myself on the injured reserve again, the silver lining will be another round of visits to see Jamie, Anya, and Hilary at Endurance.

Anya is fantastic. She was thorough and explained each of the exercises, how they would address my specific injury, and kept me informed about where I was in my process of healing. Her diligence brought me from broken ankle to back to running. Thanks!

I have been to multiple physical therapists in Missoula for running injuries and these guys (gals) stack up with the best. Anya was caring, compassionate, and not only spent time with me when I had a severe ankle sprain, but followed up to make sure I had healed even after missing my follow up appointment. A+

this place is far better than a review can sum up but i will try my best. the staff there is amazing and if not for them i would have not been able to chase my dreams. Anya helped me with my knee issue before my first 100k and without her i am 100% sure i would have not finished. she was able to figure out my issue and teach me how to help my knee over a short 2 months before my race. thanks to her and the place i am now looking for farther and crazier races. P.S. Her spreadsheet for running record keeping is the Awesome!!!!

This clinic is unique in Missoula; it is small and personal, but offers all the benefits of a big business clinic. Jamie is an awesome PT, she has helped both me, an aging skater, and my son, a competitive figure skater, to stay on the ice and improve overall fitness. I have seen many PTs in my day, and this is by far the best experience I've had.

I have been working with Jamie for years and she is amazing. Their new practice is warm and inviting, but at the same time keeps you on track and moving toward our goals. Endurance is a place where you get personal care and do not feel like you are rushed. They are innovative in their approach and are great listeners. 5 stars!!

Endurance Physio is the BEST physical therapy establishment I’ve ever received care from. Not only is the staff extremely knowledgeable, but they’re also very personable and caring. I recommend this place to anyone recovering from an injury or seeking to improve their body mechanics and range of motion. 5/5 stars! -Max D.

I came in with a knee injury, but Anya figured out - without my mentioning it - that I also have back pain (I've had it so long I ignore it). She's helping me fix both now, and it's working. She's a stickler for form and is helping me break bad habits that may have led to the pain. I'm pretty sure it will help me stay injury-free in the future. Anya is super-attentive, friendly, and professional. Everyone is warm and welcoming and the space is cozy - it's well equipped but doesn't feel institutional. If you're a hurting athlete - this is where you want to go!

I've seen multiple physical therapists through out my entire life. Anya is by far the best! She's kind and listens to the entire story about your injuries and physical problems. She's the only physical therapist I've had to think outside of the box when certain exercises or movements aren't targeting a specific muscle group. All the gals in the office are so great! Thank you all for all you do!

Double thumbs up.

Jamie knows her stuff!

Anya at endurance provided fantastic pt therapy. I hard been to several clinics in the year after an MVA, and Anya helped the most with recovery. She really listens to your story and meets you where you are in the rehabilitation process and then partners with you to craft a program for recovery. I really felt the other providers were practicing by rote, whereas Anya was always integrating new material from current feedback. I recommend her highly.

The talent, joy, persistence, encouragement and personal athleticism of the women running Endurance Physio combine into winning team of Physical Therapists. I have been consistently and appropriately pushed, both physically and mentally, resulting in a speedy recovery from major ACL, meniscus surgery. Jamie's understanding of my return to sport goals and lifestyle constraints, in addition to her pleasant demeanor, have made the grueling work of PT a joy. I feel that at age 40, I am stronger, fitter and smarter that ever before. Thank you.

Jamie was able to pinpoint what was causing my pain and guided me through a thorough understanding of how to treat this with strengthening exercises and encouragement. I am now on a more motivated plan to pay attention and increase my abilities to be active in the outdoors. Thanks Jamie!

I came in with back pain, hoping to work on core strength to lessen the pain and prevent injury in the future. Jamie has given me solid guidance and has me on track to get back to my active lifestyle. Great staff, great office.

Anya and Jamie of Endurance Physiotherapy provide the highest quality, researched-based care in the Missoula valley. They take an academic, individualized approach to address injury rehabilitation, preventative strengthening and athletic performance optimization. I look forward to working in the 3D Science Lab this winter to maximize my running efficiency. Some extraordinary stuff is coming out of this clinic. Bravo!

Anya was (actually, is) awesome -- she made me work HARD to deal with multiple chronic issues and I am now running without pain and doing well (5th in my age group at the Golden Gate Half last week). She is extremely knowledgeable, talented with spot-on intuitive diagnosis, fun and kind. Highly, highly recommended (-: !!!

I've been going to Endurance Physio for my left acl for 3 months now and couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. Jamie is great at helping me manage pain/swelling, and I always leave feeling better. She's flexible and sensitive and listens to how you're feeling while making helpful suggestions. I'm getting stronger by the day by going to Endurance Physio. Highly recommend them for anybody, but especially endurance runners/cyclists/racers as their staff are all one or the other.

Great crew here at Endurance Physio. I went in walking uncomfortably from an odd hip imbalance issue and was able to pull off my best run yet at the Rut 50k trail "run" 6 weeks later. Jamie explained what was going on in detail, walked me through a reasonable list of exercises and even texted/called after hours to check in and keep me on top of the rehab. Along the way, Hilary kept on top of the appointments, billing, etc. with efficient, quick email replies. Top notch!

Anya and the staff at Endurance Physio are great. I started going to Endurance Physio because of nerve pain in my legs that was preventing me from running as much as I would like. Anya not only has addressed the nerve pain, but also has a kind and attentive ear in listening to the whole picture of what may be causing the problem. She is very informative and thorough and always spends extra time trying to squeeze in more exercises for me to work on. The building itself has a great vibe and the staff takes care of all the little details. From having quarters for the parking meters, to hair bands for your hair, this place has truly impressed me. For anyone wondering where they should go for physical therapy or if they should go to physical therapy, this is the place to go (and yes go!). All I wanted when I first started physical therapy was to stop being in pain. Now I find myself growing stronger, running faster, and being much more aware of my body mechanics than ever before. Great work ladies. Thanks so much for the service that you provide! :)

Jamie was great! She clearly has passion for what she does and knows her stuff!
